Review Dear Sir or Madam What happened to me with the Munich Dental Clinic was nothing short of criminal. I spend much time on the phone to Dr Koty explaining to him that I only wanted a stabilised denture using mini implants. After spending much money driving from my house in France to his clinic in Munich and after him telling me he could fit mini implants, he just switched his story and said he could only give me 3.1mm implants with invasive flap surgery taking six weeks to heal. I was very clear with what I wanted and he came back at me and said that they only have mini implants for temporary use. This is totally false. There are such things as long term mini implants. He cost me alot of money getting to him all based on a fabrication. I am very angry but the silver lining to the cloud is that I have found a fantastic dentist in London who is going to fit me with a special lightweight denture designed around high tech minis. This Munich person should compensate me for all the stress and huge expense of getting to his surgery. What made me even more angry was his casual manner, saying that I could use any old denture and that when I asked about how I was going to remove the stitches he said "anyone could do that, even a vet! We are a small but modern clinic in a tiny village 45 minutes away from Nuremberg Airport. AirBerlin (www.AirBerlin.com) has two daily direct flights from Stansted. We can meet you at the airport and you could either stay at either a Nuremberg hotel, in one of the village pubs or in our basic flat situated in the house where we live and the surgery is located.  If you prefer to stay for a few days instead of flying home before your next visit you could see Nuremberg, medieval Rothenburg, hike in our area of outstanding natural beauty or taste the large number of local beers and wines. The surgery has an OPG x-ray machine and a small lab. My two dental nurses, one of them my wife Dorothy, have been working with me since 1989 I founded it in 1989 and sold it in 2000. Then I worked in other parts of Germany and in developing countries till 2005. From 2005 to the end of 2010 I worked in various private practices in England and Scotland. When my successor in Trautskirchen suddenly had to give up the practice I took it over again. I have loved to work in the UK. In my experience UK dentistry is equal to any other country with one exception: high class dentures and complicated bridges. Here German dentistry has been on top for decades and has much to offer for patients looking for the best..
