I am an older white male from the UK. I selected Pitangui like most overseas visitors from internet reviews. The web site, the reviews and the experience of Dr Yoo over the years of this clinic shine through. He has an outstanding reputation and I am more than happy with the surgery, the pain management and the clear explanations. I underwent Upper and Lower blepharoplasty plus eye bag repositioning (removal of fat deposits etc). My fellow traveller, a lady of fewer years underwent the same and she is equally impressed with the result. Dr Yoo has an excellent staff around him who not only have sound and commendable medical procedures but also reduce the hassle of the whole visit; taxis, accommodation, airports etc. Pitangui is neither a ‘sausage factory or an impersonal clinic. It is friendly, approachable and totally honest, Ther is no ‘hard sell’ or attempt to push further procedures. In a Korean domestic market reportedly approaching saturation point, such excellent staff as Sarah who offers clear and practical solutions to the problems clarifies charges and irons out the wrinkles in one's journey mean it is a pleasure to come under Dr Yoo’s organisation. Sarah is extremely good at her job. She is helpful, kind and no problem is too difficult for her. Without her fine language skills, directions and support, the journey through Seoul would have been far more difficult. She reaches out to the customers frequently and effectively. Assisted by Debora, Sarah runs the team of ‘angels’ that are the face of Pitangui. In summary, Dr Yoo is an outstanding surgeon who has gathered a most effective team around him. His work is excellent but it is the support team that move this clinic up to be without doubt one of the best.

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

Afterwards Dr. Karantonis followed up on a daily basis with multiple check-ins at his office, and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. I could message him anytime of the day or night. The overall experience was extremely positive and considering the cost of procedures in other countries, this is high value for money. I am very satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Dr. Karantonis to anyone considering plastic surgery.

I travelled from Ireland for the smas facelift and neck… Dr Rataj and Natalie are true professionals, Natalie went out of her way for me, making sure everything was perfect..Dr Rataj explained everything in detail, and has a very calming nature. The results are absolutely amazing, so natural looking,100 percent satisfied… I was swollen the first night, no pain but no problems after that, I was on my flight back 2 days later, took it easy for the first week, went back to work the second week, very easy to hide with my long hair. I went to have my gall bladder removed on the 11th of May 2023 From being picked up at the airport in Wroclaw to the minute I went home I was treated brilliantly the staff and doctors were brilliant the coordinators were excellent The clinic was spotlessly clean the nurses were great and very kind to me and my wife who came with me. I had first-class treatment from the first-class staff, I would definitely recommend it if you need treatment for anything. The cost was a fraction of the cost to have it done in the UK and that was including our airfare and hotel! Having contemplated surgery for a really long time due to having a medical condition called thrombocytopenia, I finally decided the time was right and had a consultation with Mr Awf Quaba. From initial email enquiry, to consultation and surgery, the entire process was absolutely faultless and I was made to feel extremely reassured throughout the entire process. Due to my thrombocytopenia the procedure was far more complex than a standard mastopexy procedure as I required a platelet transfusion before and after surgery along with an overnight stay in hospital, a number of consultants and nurses were involved in this process and I honestly can’t thank them all enough. My safety and care was absolutely paramount and I felt this from everyone who was involved in my care. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome and cannot thank everyone involved enough. Dr Colin Tham gave me his best suggestion to get Treatment for Wrinkles and really satisfied with the result. This is my very first time getting injections on my face. He used the numb cream about 10 minutes before the injection starts. So, it wasn't too bad.
