I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!

Haven't seen Bugra for a while as circumstances changed & haven't been to Northern Cypres for a while had my eyes done by Dr Bugra around 6 years ago. I am thinking about having a mini face-lift next year & he's the only one I trust, he's genuine. If he thinks you don't need a procedure he will tell you, can't praise him enough, perfectionist without extortionate prices.

As someone who has recently undergone blepharoplasty, the decision to undergo this procedure has been life-changing. He took the time to understand my concerns and expectations, thoroughly explaining the procedure, potential risks, and expected outcomes. On the day of the surgery, I was understandably nervous, but the medical team put me at ease with their professionalism and care. The procedure itself was smooth and relatively quick (just under an hour). The recovery process was exactly as I expected and I followed Prof. Mahajan’s post-operative instructions carefully. While there was some swelling and bruising initially, it subsided significantly within the first week. I was back to my normal routine within a couple of weeks, albeit with some minor precautions. The results of my blepharoplasty exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the improvement was subtle and natural-looking, which was exactly what I had hoped for. I feel more confident in my appearance and the heavy-eyed tired feeling has gone.
