With Health Direct Medical Clinics, I've had nothing but wonderful experiences. I felt comfortable the entire time because everyone there seemed friendly. Melissa in particular took great care of me both before and after the treatment. She saw to it that I had all I required for rest and healing. Also, the clinics I visited for the examination were spotless. The doctor verified that everything was alright. I sincerely appreciate it.

I was so impressed with Maxxclinic from my first enquiry about an armlift procedure, they were so organised, always came back quickly with answers to any questions I had no matter how small they were, nothing was a problem for them. They gave me a clear breakdown of pricing which was very reasonable and also a couple of options with regards to my procedure dates which was great. I was picked up from my hotel by a wonderful English-speaking interpreter called Sude who was so lovely, she stayed with me all of the time, checked me in at the hospital, made sure I understood all of the paperwork, made sure I was happy with the hospital room and kept me updated about the time of my procedure. The hospital room was lovely and clean and everyone looking after me were lovely. The consultant who performed my operation spoke very good English and was so lovely, he explained the procedure well and at no point did I feel nervous or worried. Sude came back after my operation and made sure I was OK and also told me she'd be back in the morning to collect me and take me back to my hotel. Throughout my stay in Turkey Maxxclinic messaged me regularly to check on my progress. I really couldn't fault their service at all, they were professional and helpful at all times and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone or use them again in the future. I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

Excellent doctor!!! From my first visit to his office, I felt safe and confident. He explained to me in detail the procedure of the surgery I needed, the breast lift. I found the clinic by doing some research online and contacted them through WhatClinic. Anna Czwordon got in touch with me and explained the whole process. Setting up the appointment and understanding the logistics was really clear and Anna was really nice too. When I arrived in Poland I was collected by the clinics driver and taken to my hotel. The clinics drivers had no problem transferring me to and from the airport and also the clinic. When I was at the clinic all the staff were so nice and caring. I was waiting a little while but that was fine because it was made comfortable for me. Everything was explained really well and I got to meet Dr Lukasz Banasiak for my consultation. Dr Lucasz is a great Dr and person. He made me feel comfortable and in a safe environment. This carried on throughout the process and the surgery. Anna has been in touch since my surgery and has advised me how to look after the scars. I am so happy with the work that has been done I would definitely return to Dr Lucasz for another procedure.

I went to have my gall bladder removed on the 11th of May 2023 From being picked up at the airport in Wroclaw to the minute I went home I was treated brilliantly the staff and doctors were brilliant the coordinators were excellent The clinic was spotlessly clean the nurses were great and very kind to me and my wife who came with me. I had first-class treatment from the first-class staff, I would definitely recommend it if you need treatment for anything. The cost was a fraction of the cost to have it done in the UK and that was including our airfare and hotel! I chose the clinic by looking at reviews and also because I have been to Poland a few times and know Wroclaw well

I went to Dr Vadodaria for a gynaecomastia consultation in 2019. He was very receptive, friendly, honest and open to questions. As a result of the pandemic and my own dithering, I didn't follow up on this until 2022. I requested specifically for excision-only, without liposuction, as I didn't want the extra hassle and cost, and I felt that this would look a little unnatural. Dr Vadodaria appears to be one of the few surgeons to offer this as an option, which was one of the reasons that I chose his service. Furthermore, he was patient despite my prolonging the decision to go ahead with it. On the day, everything proceeded smoothly. The rest of the team - the anaesthetist, nurses and the second surgeon - were very friendly and reassuring. If I felt that the local anaesthetic was wearing off, I would simply communicate this. The surgery was complete within one and a half hours without any problems. The aftercare included three visits to the clinic, after one, two and six weeks. The necessary information was provided beforehand, and Dr Vadodaria was easily accessible in case I had questions. The one thing I would say is that, after the week 2 follow up when your inital wound dressings are taken off, you should apply some antiseptic cream and a little Vaseline to the wound, along with a hydrocolloid wound dressing that covers the entire incision. Don't apply silicone gel patches to wounds that haven't healed, as they can potentially tear off the scab. Many thanks to Dr Vadodaria and the rest of the team at MACS clinic!
