I have recently had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my face and a graft done. (Mr Small had completed a similar procedure on my nose in 2019.) Everything was explained upfront and the procedure carried out at my first visit. His expertise is second to none. In fact, from reception right through to the nursing staff and surgical team, you are made to feel welcome and valued. I was an NHS referral on both occasions, but this made no difference to my treatment, it was first class. I am currently having to follow up checks by the nursing team and later, a follow-up phone consultation with the plastic surgeon is scheduled.

I had dental crowns. I am very happy with my new teeth now. The service they give you is high quality.

My experience from start to finish has been amazing - no other words. All the staff can not do enough for you. So caring and understanding. My room was so clean and cosey, well the whole clinic have I was truly looked after. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine.
