The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Hallo ich 42 Jahre alt war vor 6 Monaten bei Dr. Cem Arslan zu einer Magenverkleinerung Operation in Istanbul. Ich wurde mit 122 kg operiert habe zwischenzeitlich 44 Kilo abgenommen und nehme weiterhin noch ab. Ich kann Dr. Cem Arslan nur weiter empfehlen sowohl er aber auch seine Assistenten Zeynep nehmen sich für die Patienten viel Zeit. Auch zurück in Deutschland angekommen haben beide mich regelmäßig kontaktiert um sich nach meinem Wohl sein zu informieren. Top Arzt 👍

Cannot recommend NOVEMED enough. From the very beginning of booking the surgery (Gastric sleeve) to the aftercare, the whole team have been amazing. So attentive and reassuring. Especially Sena who looked after me when I arrived and took me for my pre op checks. She made me feel at ease and is amazing at her job! Such a lovely team. My surgeon was great and checked on me daily at hospital and nurses were all very attentive and efficient.

Needless to say, Apera Clinic both saved my health and gave me back my lost self-confidence. No matter how much my family and friends are against me having it done abroad, I am glad that I chose Apera Clinic. I decided to do it all by myself the whole team was with me day and night. I had my surgery with Aktif at vital hospital with Dr Ibrahim Agackiran on the 4th of July 2023. Dr Ibrahim is great, seems to know what he’s doing and is very professional. The surgery went well, and I’m currently down 7 kg in 1 week!! Here are some pros and cons of the surgery and some things to think about if you want to have the surgery. Pros: +The surgeons/doctors at the facility are very professional and good at their job. +The guide/translator Luca was great, super nice and helpful. +I feel great after the surgery but it's a huge adjustment. +They’ve been very helpful at answering all my questions now afterwards and they are quick to reply to you. Cons: - Most of the nurses at the facility don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them but they are very friendly and try their best to help you. -I wasn't given proper info/instructions about my medications (especially the blood thinner syringes I had to give myself). I had to kinda figure it out on my own. I wish they would have shown me how to do it while I was at the hospital. -I wasn’t told how to properly care for the wounds/incisions after the surgery so two of them are infected now. I tried to care for them to the best of my ability and they will hopefully clear out in a couple of days with the antibiotics. -Doctors in Sweden don’t want to help me as much now because I’ve had surgery abroad.

I've received a stomach treatment procedure from Dr Gull and since the last month, I've seen a considerable reducing on my appetite and have lost 8 pounds. I've been feeling much more energetic and fresh. The first day, I had a bit of an upset stomach but it got better swiftly. Despite just staying in Turkey for 2 nights as I had business commitments to attend, it was well worth the journey.

Right from enquiring about this surgery the clinic has been immensely helpful and communication has been great. The surgery went well and aftercare was 5* I felt at ease & comfortable throughout. Even afterwards the team have been there for any queries I have had. I’m currently 19 weeks post-op (mini bypass) and 37kg down so far 😁

I just went here for my sleeve this week. I can totally recommend it if you are considering this route. Communication from the very start with Fatih was perfect. ( it’s all via Wattsapp but don’t worry about that). Booked my flights, confirmed a date and flew out. My driver met me at 1am but was great. A little daunting the first night checking into a hospital at 2 am when it was so quiet but my driver helped get me settled in. The hospital staff started blood tests and other checks over night. In the morning the Doctor and his team came by. They are all fantastic. Very professional, very calm and made me feel relaxed. Explained what they were about to do and did it. I was asleep in a second and knew nothing till they woke me after surgery. Nurses looked after me really well. Doctor and his team came next day to see me. I was absolutely fine. No pain ( slight discomfort from the gas) I met the nutritionist who gave me information and advice. The next day I was ready in myself to leave. My driver came back, took me to the hotel which was excellent then picked me up the following day to go the airport. He had all the medication I needed in his car for me. I paid one fixed price, paid in cash and everything was great, it really was! I’m home now, feel great. Looking forward to my new life. It’s going to be a bit stressful where ever you go but it’s fine ,book this clinic with total confidence. I spoke to several people that went who told me what I’m now saying. These guys are great.. you will be safe and happy. Good luck to you all.

I delivered my baby three months ago and after delivery, I had so many complications.
