The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Great Experience! Initially, I was reluctant to make the decision to proceed with the Gastric Sleeve procedure with any clinic as it’s a big decision. My Partner came across Dr. Cem Arslan Clinic. We found a contact number and to my surprise it was actually Dr. Cem's WhatsApp (Business Account). We arranged a video call that evening and I was grateful to meet Dr. Cem and have an open discussion about the procedure, why I wanted to do it and a few health questions (nothing intrusive). I recall asking Dr. Cem, why he provided his time as other clinics did not do this. He responded by saying this is how we operate and he wanted to provide a personal service, where possible. This was great to hear as a few weeks prior, I was in contact with another Clinic, where all my medical questions were relayed back to the Doctor but I did not feel the same connection. Regarding the communication with Dr. Cem, please note that English is not his primary language but the conversation was manageable. I was then contacted by the Medical Co-ordinator on the 19th August. Zeynep was awesome. She had been through the procedure with the clinic herself and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I had concerns about the procedure and as with any operation (whether in the UK or Abroad) there are risks. There was no pressure to proceed and was advised to research more online. Zeynep also informed me that any hint of risk identified during pre-tests, however small, the procedure would not be possible. Zeynep goes beyond coordinator, very professional, to the point and cares about your well-being. Arrived in Turkey on the 18th September and was met by Sercan at the airport who took me and another patient to our Taxi. Really nice minivan/SUV with comfortable seats and TV to watch music videos. Sercan was professional, polite and even offered to carry the luggage (Not his job but was decent of him to ask). Due to Zeynep being unavailable for the arrival, all the coordination was done by Almira. I was notified in advance, so no issues at all in change of coordinators. Arrived at the hospital and was greeted by Almira. Almira is very professional, courteous and a humble person. Like Zeynep, Almira naturally cares about your wellbeing. I got into the hospital room and then taken for a series of tests. Probably took an hour end to end, not much waiting. Almira was with me throughout the pre-tests. Next day was the surgery and Almira came back in the morning and stayed with me until I went down for Surgery. I had a visit from the Doctor to say I would be the first operation of the day. At no point do I recall Almira or anyone asking me for Payment as soon as I arrived. However, I did make payment before the operation as its a service being offered. The company Op. Dr. CEM Clinic are professional and not after your money. They only want the best for you based on my experience. Surgery took an hour. I will be honest, the moment I woke, I had nurses around me and Almira. I struggled a bit to adjust to coming off the Anaesthetic but Almira was by my side, even when I was throwing up (common side effect with Anaesthetic) and I felt relieved and calm. Throughout the next few days/ nights, Nurses visited me to check on IV drips, and painkillers and encouraged me to walk a lot. Yes, walking is very important. I wish I did more walking. The Doctors visited me each day to check on me, which showed they cared a lot. I was only meant to stay in the Hospital for 3 days. However, the team showed great empathy I was offered to stay in the hospital for 2 more nights, to keep me comfortable. Forgot to mention, a day after Surgery, I went down to get a standing CT scan to check for any leakages with the Sleeve. All was clear, which was a relief. You can see the fluid that was given travelling down your oesophagus to your New Stomach. On the 5th Day, I was discharged and before leaving, I got a visit from Zeynep (who an amazing person to meet), Almira and the Dietician (Gokce). Gokce explained what I could eat/drink in detail, what I should expect from the change in lifestyle and the benefits. I was given medication and vitamins to take back home along with my discharge papers. Gokce is very knowledgeable and still provides me after care with my diet via WhatsApp app. Thank you Gokce for keeping me on track. My overall experience was fantastic. I did my research and kept my NHS GP updated pre and post-operation. When I explained my experience was in Turkey to the NHS GP, my weight loss to date and how good I felt, my GP was very happy for me. Just over 3 weeks from Surgery and I have lost nearly 12kg. My experience from the 1st contact with Cansu was excellent. Nothing was too much to ask her and there was nothing she did not already deal with to make your trip effortless, from arranging the transport to pick me up and then to drop me off at the airport. And then a very big thank you to the translator Erva, she is simply amazing. She was there to meet me the moment I arrived at the hospital, and she was still there when I was discharged. The nurses were lovely too, checking up on me all the time. A very special thank you for Cansu, Erva and Dr Cengiz Ertan that carried out my surgery. I can definitely recommend Apera.

I had my surgery ten days ago and this was so easy no pain and I started to walk immediately after the operation 5 days later I started to work again but you do not have to wait, after 5 days you can start to work again. Now I lost weight and this continues. I feel happy since then.

Clinic Center has changed my life... Two years ago I had a gastric sleeve operation with these guys. It was a really tough decision to make which I've been thinking about for years. In the beginning, I still had this fear and concern and all that questions cruising inside of my head but thanks to their help and support I decided to go ahead in peace. I recently underwent rhinoplasty with Dr. Kadri Ila, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Not only does my nose look beautiful, but it also functions much better than before. Ich bin durch das Internet auf clinics united aufmerksam geworden. Ich hab eine Nachricht geschrieben und bekam sehr schnell Antwort von Fatma. Fatma gat mir alle Fragen sehr schnell und geduldig beantwortet. Sie war immer freundlich aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich und hat mich in eine WhatsApp Gruppe verlinkt in der Mitglieder sind die schon eine op hatten oder noch vor sich haben. Das hat mir tatsächlich sehr gut gefallen da ich da schon sehr vieles mitbekommen habe und mir fragen beantwortet wurden die ich vor und nach der OP hatte. Ich hab Fatma mein Flugticket per WhatsApp geschickt daraufhin hat sie mir den op Termin bestätigt. Einen Tag vor Ankunft bekam ich eine Nachricht von dem lieben cenk das er mich am Flughafen abholt. Cenk hat mich zu allen Voruntersuchungen begleitet, er hat übersetzt, mit mir zusammen das schriftliche bearbeitet und war sehr diskret ,hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Ich hab mich im Krankenhaus sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Auch der Arzt war sehr nett. Er hat sich vor der OP vorgestellt kam nach der OP gleich ins Zimmer und bevor er Feierabend gemacht hat kam er noch mal. Und an den folgenden Tagen auch. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Und lieben Dank noch mal an cenk.

Went for a gastric balloon and I got a special and great service and attention from moment 1! Pick up from airport and staff was incredibly amazing.. attentive. Hotel provided with an excellent view and pick up from hotel to hospital was even better! Hospital attention was 10/10 they are all kind and attentive. Special thanks to the host Irem which has absolutely amazing! Kind and helpful giving excellent tips. Highly recommended! I hope to see them soon!

My experience here was top notch!! I am 5 weeks VSG post op.All the staff did an excellent job! They made me feel home🏡 away from home. I had no hassle in booking or getting my questions answered. I done my booking with ASLI.(she is so nice and helpful 😊)The best patient care I have ever received! The AYT team have been fantastic before and after surgery and continues to help me whenever needed. My quality of live is so much better than before surgery. I have so much more confidence and I'm a lot happier.

Hi I went to Turkey February 22nd. From collecting from the airport I knew I would be well looked after. My initial point of contact was Sezan who answered all my questions and also her English was excellent. When you arrive a range of tests and scans are done to ensure all is good for the procedure. The next day I was taken to surgery which for the sleeve was only about 40 mins. After 4hours you get out of bed and walk to ease any wind pain. Overall I had an excellent experience and would recommend highly. I researched many bariatric surgeons and was so happy with my surgery in Turkey.

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I stepped off the plane I was looked after and made to feel so welcome and safe. The surgeons were absolutely amazing, the nurses were attentive and so caring, I don’t have a bad word to say. If your like me and looking for a safe place outside the u.k to have surgery and change your life this the place to go. I will definitely be going back if I need any body contouring after I lose all this weight!

I had the gastric sleeve operation and this clinic was recommended by some friends who have used this clinic. They are now 2 and 1 year post op and they rated it a 5 star service. The service was amazing from start to finish. The communication on what's app was fantastic with Faith Ozturk . You get the same driver throughout and he was so happy and helpful. The hospital was spotless and every member of staff gave you such a high standard of care. The hotel we stayed at was beautiful. My mum came with me and she was given breakfast, lunch and dinner each day which she said tasted lovely. She stayed with me at the hospital and was given her own bed. You are given all your medication to take home with you and a specific diet plan which is very through. The communication continues when you get home and they are always there to help. I'm so glad that I chose to have this done and all the members of the team evolved have made this a great experience. Just all round brilliant . I would 100% recommend them.

Amazing from start to finish! I’m 14 weeks post-op gastric sleeve and so glad I used these all the staff are amazing specially Nesrin! Still answers my questions now. I chose this hospital as I knew over 10 people personally that went here and am so glad I did!
