I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs such professional medical attention and hygiene at very affordable prices. 😀

My whole experience with NoveMed has been amazing from the start. I felt apprehensive about booking my surgery in Turkey but my worries were unfounded. Novemed arranges everything for you including the transfers to & from the airport, hotel & hospital, hotel bookings & pre op checks. The transfers were lovely, big, clean private mini vans with twinkling lights & leather seats. Transfers know your name & were always on time, everything was organised so smoothly. The hotel & hospital were spotlessly clean. I stayed in the Wow hotel, I would suggest to ask for a non smoking room. NoveMed are very quick to respond to any questions via what’s app (before & after surgery). When arriving at the hospital I was met by Afag who stayed with me up until my operation. She spoke perfect English, was very kind, helpful & made me feel at ease. All pre-op tests were thorough & professional nothing was left to chance. I met with my surgeon Dr Necdet Derici prior to my surgery, he also popped in to see me on me several occasions after my surgery. He was very friendly, pleasant & reassuring. The nurses at the hospital were brilliant, always quick to help, constantly checking on me. I got quite nervous just before going into surgery & the nurses were very comforting & kind, making me feel a lot more relaxed. Büke the dietician came to visit me after my surgery, she was very informative & friendly. She explained my diet & medication for the next month & brought my supplies of protein shakes, milk & snacks. She will stay in contact with me for the next 12 months to make sure I know what to eat & to stay on track. I would definitely recommend using NoveMed, thank you.

Well, how can I start. I was so mediocre before get this treatment. I am like 5'4 and was like 236 lbs. I have doubts on my mind and never been able to chance to feel myself brave to get this treatment. Finally, I made my decision and start to make my research. All I can say is it was an excellent service from talking about my options to having the operation. I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I stepped off the plane I was looked after and made to feel so welcome and safe. The surgeons were absolutely amazing, the nurses were attentive and so caring, I don’t have a bad word to say. If your like me and looking for a safe place outside the u.k to have surgery and change your life this the place to go. I will definitely be going back if I need any body contouring after I lose all this weight!

Great experience.I travelled with a friend who was my companion and her daughter who was also having the surgery. Very well organised from day one. Faith Ozturk guided us through the whole process from the initial contact, all the way to the follow up once home and was on hand 24/7 for any questions or worries. The whole process went very smoothly pick up from airport to hospital for pcr test then back to hotel. In contact the whole time telling us what time we'd be collected for the drive to the hospital in the morning. Once at the hospital it was very well run, the surgeon Dr Bora Koc came to see us and explain the process, he spoke very good English, whilst we had test done and blood taken. Once back from surgery the staff were very attentive and came to take regular observations, making sure we were free from pain and hydrated. I had frequent visits from the English speaking liaison who was there within seconds if a nurse didn't understand a question or answer you had. Dr visited quite a few times over the 3 day I was there keeping a check on recovery. Overall a very good, positive experience and would definitely recommend.

One of the best decisions, if I have ever made in my 30 years of life span, is that almost three months ago, I visited clinic bariatric and did my gastric sleeve. The experience of my surgery was quite good and comfortable. I am more than happy to tell all of you that in just two months I lost 28 kg. Smooth process, from booking to the transfers and accommodation that was sorted for me. The procedure (elipse balloon) was painless, I was only in the clinic one hour. Managed to lose 11lbs in one week, so I'd recommend.
