The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Just 3 months ago, I made the best decision. I had gastric sleeve surgery. If you’re thinking about it just make sure you’re mentally ready. I've lost 25 kgs over 3 months. I still continue to lose. My surgery was a success, I'm really happy with my decision. Can't thank my doctor and the whole team enough.

Today is my 3rd day after surgery! This team is awesome! Everyone has taken care of me since I contacted them. They met me at the airport, the hospital was very clean, the hotel was very luxurious. My whole experience with NoveMed has been amazing from the start. I felt apprehensive about booking my surgery in Turkey but my worries were unfounded. Novemed arranges everything for you including the transfers to & from the airport, hotel & hospital, hotel bookings & pre op checks. The transfers were lovely, big, clean private mini vans with twinkling lights & leather seats. Transfers know your name & were always on time, everything was organised so smoothly. The hotel & hospital were spotlessly clean. I stayed in the Wow hotel, I would suggest to ask for a non smoking room. NoveMed are very quick to respond to any questions via what’s app (before & after surgery). When arriving at the hospital I was met by Afag who stayed with me up until my operation. She spoke perfect English, was very kind, helpful & made me feel at ease. All pre-op tests were thorough & professional nothing was left to chance. I met with my surgeon Dr Necdet Derici prior to my surgery, he also popped in to see me on me several occasions after my surgery. He was very friendly, pleasant & reassuring. The nurses at the hospital were brilliant, always quick to help, constantly checking on me. I got quite nervous just before going into surgery & the nurses were very comforting & kind, making me feel a lot more relaxed. Büke the dietician came to visit me after my surgery, she was very informative & friendly. She explained my diet & medication for the next month & brought my supplies of protein shakes, milk & snacks. She will stay in contact with me for the next 12 months to make sure I know what to eat & to stay on track. I would definitely recommend using NoveMed, thank you.

I did my gastric sleeves and gallbladder removal in APERA Clinic and that was one of my best decisions I made. The hospital is so nice like 5 star hotel, very clean. Customer service is the best. Doctor and nurses checked me every 15-30min. When discharge me they gave me tablets and protein shakes for one month. Very good hospital. I recommend this hospital 1000%.

I had gastric bypass 7 months ago This was a little bit hard but now I am really okey I feel better I had ınsulin resistance but now I have not. I am very happy right now.

I got gastric sleeve surgery with Clinic Center and they have been amazing for the whole process. I reached 140 kg during a pandemic and was very unhappy. The surgery and my surgeon Dr Balta were so helpful to make the journey easier. The clinic Centre aftercare team and my dietician were so helpful in my post-op process. It's been 6 months, still losing weight but I am already feeling perfect!

12.5/10 - Fantastic Experience, Great Coordinator, Nurses and Hospitality staff! Asuman is the greatest coordinator! I went to turkey to have gastric sleeve surgery (weight loss option). My coordinator was the nicest, respectable, reliable, politest, generous, helpful, kind, pro-active, efficient person I've ever met! (besides the women in my family) overall great/perfect coordinator. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from start to end in which I am extremely grateful for. I stayed in the Radisson Blue hotel which was amazing, clean, lovely views, good lighting with 5 stars customer service. I stayed in turkey for 8 nights and checked into Medical Park Hospital on the 2nd day in which all my medicals such as blood tests, scans etc was taken. The next day was surgery day, I was greeted in the morning by the surgeon who was very polite, kind and professional, he talked me through everything. After the surgery going very well, I was left in care with the nurses who were very very attentive, kind, warming and hard working. Even though I was in a lot of pain and frustrated after the surgery, the nurses understood and were very helpful and were very kind and very respectful. My hospital room was spacious clean, stylish and comfortable. After spending a couple of days recovering in the hospital I returned back to the hotel where I was greeted by Rana and other nurses who were all extremely lovely, helpful and all had great/positive energy. Overall I would rate this Gastric Sleeve experience 12.5/10. Thank you.

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I stepped off the plane I was looked after and made to feel so welcome and safe. The surgeons were absolutely amazing, the nurses were attentive and so caring, I don’t have a bad word to say. If your like me and looking for a safe place outside the u.k to have surgery and change your life this the place to go. I will definitely be going back if I need any body contouring after I lose all this weight!

Fantastic clinic. I came to get a gastric sleeve and Doctor Bora was perfect! He really knows what he is doing. I felt reassured and clear on what was happening every step of the way. His secretary Faith Oztuk was amazing, always responds fast, regardless of the time I message her. Very organised and I felt very well looked after. Would 100% recommend.

Seven months ago, I had my gastric sleeve. Everything was very soothing. I went to Istanbul only for my surgery. To be very honest, I was very nervous about my surgery, but when I came to the clinic, I noticed that they provide their best services at a meager rate. All the staff members and doctors are concerned about the health of their patients. Within one week of hospital and & hotel stay, their clinic staff members very much cared about my health status, and I lost 42 kg in seven months.
