The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Had a great experience, from the pre-op consultations, to being picked up at the airport and drop-off on my way back. The service at the hospital was great, the staff were nice and the environment was clean. I was looked after all the days I was there. And everything went smoothly. Omer was really helpful throughout the whole process even when I came back home they checked up on me.

Hallo ich 42 Jahre alt war vor 6 Monaten bei Dr. Cem Arslan zu einer Magenverkleinerung Operation in Istanbul. Ich wurde mit 122 kg operiert habe zwischenzeitlich 44 Kilo abgenommen und nehme weiterhin noch ab. Ich kann Dr. Cem Arslan nur weiter empfehlen sowohl er aber auch seine Assistenten Zeynep nehmen sich für die Patienten viel Zeit. Auch zurück in Deutschland angekommen haben beide mich regelmäßig kontaktiert um sich nach meinem Wohl sein zu informieren. Top Arzt 👍

The staff were friendly and very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend if you thinking of going this is your team. I was very nervous but the care and attention were second to none from start to finish.

Surgery was on 30th June 2022. Dr Cengiz Ertan. First of All thank you very much for giving me the new me I always wanted. The service and the care is phenomenal. Clean room, nurses care to translates. Ring bell they are then within seconds. I loved Evra to bits I gave her nick name pinky as she was wearing pink dress and looked beautiful. Dr Ertan was funny and looked after me like a Queen il never forget you. Cansu who I contacted from beginning was on point with lnformation details and timings. Nutritionist was lovely. Hotel was comfortable- five star Quality and food immaculate. If I had to fault anything properly a message afterwards to see if patients are ok after the operation as you know you healing but atleast you feel acknowledged. As a extra care touch. Bonus Free boat trip. Everything was worth every penny.

I had my surgery with Aktif at vital hospital with Dr Ibrahim Agackiran on the 4th of July 2023. Dr Ibrahim is great, seems to know what he’s doing and is very professional. The surgery went well, and I’m currently down 7 kg in 1 week!! Here are some pros and cons of the surgery and some things to think about if you want to have the surgery. Pros: +The surgeons/doctors at the facility are very professional and good at their job. +The guide/translator Luca was great, super nice and helpful. +I feel great after the surgery but it's a huge adjustment. +They’ve been very helpful at answering all my questions now afterwards and they are quick to reply to you. Cons: - Most of the nurses at the facility don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them but they are very friendly and try their best to help you. -I wasn't given proper info/instructions about my medications (especially the blood thinner syringes I had to give myself). I had to kinda figure it out on my own. I wish they would have shown me how to do it while I was at the hospital. -I wasn’t told how to properly care for the wounds/incisions after the surgery so two of them are infected now. I tried to care for them to the best of my ability and they will hopefully clear out in a couple of days with the antibiotics. -Doctors in Sweden don’t want to help me as much now because I’ve had surgery abroad.

Very satisfied with the service. Special thanks to my surgeon Mr. Balta. He was very calm and professional throughout the whole process. Apart from his expertise, he definitely knows everything about patient psychology.

My breast lift, 360 lipo and arm, and chin lipo went really great. I would recommend it.

I have recently had 2 Alcon Panoptix trifocal lenses fitted in my eyes along with 5 tooth implants. The service given by SAM patient services was of the highest calibre. Everything was done seamlessly. The surgeons were excellent and I felt at ease the whole time. I would recommend these to anyone.

Hi you guys! Like most, I've always wanted VSG since 19 when I stepped foot on my college campus. Everyone else was relatively slim and then there was me 215 lbs at 5'3. Fast forward to 2020. I'm now 22 and have a stable job and insurance (BCBS of AL) with no kids or spouse. In 2018, I ended up losing 60 lbs from 210 lbs and got down to 159 lbs, but I only managed to keep 10 lbs off. As of today I am 200 lbs and my BMI is 36.7. I’m sick of the yo-yo dieting and I decided to have surgery. I’ve had a lot weight loss. I’m currently 10 months post op, down 60 pounds and currently weigh 140 lbs. I’m 5’4. I trust myself now. I have a boyfriend and he likes me very much. Everything about the clinic was great. Wow wow wow I use to suffer from sleep apnea and I was obese Sezen and Dr Metin were amazing I’m so glad I found them I also had a hernia which Dr. Metin fixed for me. All the staff were amazing. I got the gastric sleeve surgery. I was 115KG now I’m 80kg my sleep apnea is gone and it’s loads of energy thanks, guys ❤️

12.5/10 - Fantastic Experience, Great Coordinator, Nurses and Hospitality staff! Asuman is the greatest coordinator! I went to turkey to have gastric sleeve surgery (weight loss option). My coordinator was the nicest, respectable, reliable, politest, generous, helpful, kind, pro-active, efficient person I've ever met! (besides the women in my family) overall great/perfect coordinator. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from start to end in which I am extremely grateful for. I stayed in the Radisson Blue hotel which was amazing, clean, lovely views, good lighting with 5 stars customer service. I stayed in turkey for 8 nights and checked into Medical Park Hospital on the 2nd day in which all my medicals such as blood tests, scans etc was taken. The next day was surgery day, I was greeted in the morning by the surgeon who was very polite, kind and professional, he talked me through everything. After the surgery going very well, I was left in care with the nurses who were very very attentive, kind, warming and hard working. Even though I was in a lot of pain and frustrated after the surgery, the nurses understood and were very helpful and were very kind and very respectful. My hospital room was spacious clean, stylish and comfortable. After spending a couple of days recovering in the hospital I returned back to the hotel where I was greeted by Rana and other nurses who were all extremely lovely, helpful and all had great/positive energy. Overall I would rate this Gastric Sleeve experience 12.5/10. Thank you.

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

I started my journey when I sent my 1st WhatsApp, I had thought about getting it done for over a year, my gynaecologist recommended that I get it done. So I looked up the best places in Istanbul. Two of my friends had got their sleeve here and had fantastic results so I sent a message on WhatsApp. From the minute I did I was given the best advice, told every single detail of what was involved, it was outstanding. Every single time I messaged I was never waiting more than 2 or 3 minutes for an answer. I went over, a driver picked me up straight away from the airport. I went to the most beautiful 5* hotel to relax the night before. Then picked up the next morning by my driver and brought to the hospital. The nurses and doctors were just so nice and welcoming from start to finish. I got my sleeve the day after I arrived. I was walking around that night not a bother. I was so positive going because I knew 2 people who had we t before me, that's a massive thing, be positive and everything will be fine. The hospital is spotless, its so quite and lovely, I would highly recommend it.Thank you so much to everyone, Dr Boc, the nurses and Fatih Ozturk who was messaging me on WhatsApp before and still now to make sure everything is okay, it's really appreciated. I'm now 7 weeks out and 2st 3lb down, and my blood pressure is back to normal, I've loads of energy. I have my life back. I'm so grateful to all at WhatClinic Lorna.
