18/07/2022. Grand medical hospital. I was recommended by my friend for a gastric sleeve who couldn’t fault this hospital and Dr.Osman and Melih our interpreter. I was super anxious about coming from England with translation etc. Melih was very communicative from start and I have no doubt if I ever need anything in the future. He picked us up from airport and was lovely to speak to and very easy going, good English. Everything was explained thoroughly. Dr. Osman came to see me every day, and answered any questions I had. I didn’t feel concerned or uncomfortable at all. I had a bit of pain after the procedure (which is normal) but the nurses on the ward and Mel was constantly coming and checking on me and seeing if I needed anything and giving me painkillers and constantly checking vitals bp etc. Hospital super clean and very on top with food, cleaning, towels etc. I’m on day 5 now and feel brilliant. Mel really couldn’t do enough for me. Would 100% recommend! Thank you Grandmedical.

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.

Nice staff smooth arrival. Luxery taxi from airport to the hospital. Blood tests at the same day/night. Very comfortable suite room. Careful and nice nurses. The surgery next day. Ghe surgery went smooth. The doctors are professional and take good care of their patient. They pay attention to the details of your sympyoms an past history. The surgery went smooth without any complications. The surgeon is always available to answer all your questions. The translator is a very nice warm hearted young lady. Her name is Almira. Soecial thank to her and to yhe sweet nurses. She is available anytime and always available at the phone. She cares alot about the patients. Third day of surgery, the same luxery taxi takes you to the airport. You get all the medicines you need for 1 to 3 months with you from the hodpital before leaving. Everyone was really sweet. The coordinator was a sweet young lady who explained everything to me. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood the whole process. She made sure I was well taken care of with my transportation and my hotel. The doctor was really nice and he took good care of me. I'm happy with my surgery. The price was really good for my Vaser chin and leg liposuction.

A very positive experience that I wish I had done years ago, to be honest! Nina Ord was my lovely co-ordinator. She was always very efficient and answered all my questions with quick responses right up until I travelled. I booked with BookingSurgery. I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Servet. From start to finish everything went very smoothly and as I was told it would. Transfers from and to the hospital were great. The hospital was impressive, clean and comfortable with state-of-the-art theatres. My translator Nadia was incredible. She works so hard, long unsociable hours yet always had a smile for me. Very helpful in every way and an absolute asset to the company and hospital. Suma, my private nurse was also amazing, with the loveliest bedside manner, nothing was too much trouble, kind, caring and an absolute credit to the team. Dr Servet was approachable, spoke very good English, made me feel comfortable and is such a talented surgeon. Visited every day afterwards. I found the language barrier difficult at times with some of the nurses. Would do it all again tho, that’s for sure. Definitely doable if travelling alone, which I did. Cannot fault my experience.

Hallo zusammen 🙋‍♀️ ich wurde am 23.05.2023 operiert. Ich kann Dr. Ceyhun Aydoğan sehr empfehlen hatte sich mir persönlich vor der Operation vorgestellt und danach war er auch 1x am Tag bei mir um sich nach mir zu erkundigen. Vor dem Abflug wieder in der Heimat wurde ich in eine Gruppe eingeladen, wo mir Schritt für Schritt alles erklärt wurde wie wann und was ich zu essen habe, mit den Phasen der Diät von Flüssig zur fester Nahrung! Bis heute bin ich in der Gruppe und kann nur großes Lob aussprechen an Ernährungsberaterin Amy, Ernährungsberaterin Nora und Post-Operative Beraterin Bahar da sie mir immer zur Seite standen bei fragen egal . Ich kann die Klinik sehr empfehlen. "Das gesamte Team ist sehr professionell und verantwortungsbewusst für seine Arbeit.
