I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs such professional medical attention and hygiene at very affordable prices. 😀

I had my gastric sleeve surgery exactly 1 month ago. I am very satisfied with the clinic and especially with Dr. Barış and my coordinator Ömer. I was well-informed about everything. I felt very safe during my stay in the clinic with the team’s professional manner. Dr. Barış was very friendly and the clinic was very clean and modern. When I arrived at the hospital after being picked up from the airport (arranged by staff) I was immediately looked after, they were quick and efficient in getting my medical history together. The surgical team was outstanding! Reassuring and fantastic at their job. Dr Mani was consistent on checking on me each day and I felt really comfortable during my stay in the hospital. My surgery was performed in October 2021 and I am now 9 months post operation and have shed six stone in weight loss. I have received continuous aftercare and Dr Mani is so quick at replying if I have any concerns. I followed the aftercare booklet I was given and I have had no problems since my surgery. My life has completely changed for the better and I can not thank Dr Mani and his team for giving me my confidence back. They really are amazing!! I wish I had this treatment sooner! Smooth process, from booking to the transfers and accommodation that was sorted for me. The procedure (elipse balloon) was painless, I was only in the clinic one hour. Managed to lose 11lbs in one week, so I'd recommend.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

This operation changed my life... not only were the doctors and nurse amazing but the recovery had been perfect! 10 months later, I have lost 110 pounds and I feel fantastic. It was definitely worth coming all the way from Canada for this!

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately. I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.
