Visited the clinic on Thursdsay, had the x-ray and the dentist explained the options. We agreed the procedure and I had the 3 crown bridge fixed on the following Wednesday. There was a slight delay on Thursday as the previous patient was late. However tea and biscuits more than made up for it. Also they saw me earlier on Tuesday so I was happy. The procedure went well and I'm pleased with the results. Given the exceptional value for money I wouldn't hesitate to use the clinic again.
I highly recommend Dr. Jehova Rafa without reservation! I have been at dentists around the world due to an accident I had when I was 11 years old. I had a lot of operations until I was 28 years old, but there were still some things to do on my lower jaw. I was looking for a relatively pain-free and affordable treatment. A dentist in Germany suggested implanting gum from my palate to give my lower jaw more stability. Others from the U.S suggested implants or bridges. All this means destroying additional teeth that are basically still healthy. Dr. Jehova Rafa on the other hand suggested veneers and he corrected four teeth within a week. I can't tell you enough how happy that makes me. Finally, a dentist who's not just seeing a "money-making-machine" in me, but has my best interests in mind! I love the result! It gives me so much confidence and I can finally smile like a beautiful butterfly! If you're looking for a trustworthy dentist, Dr. Jehova Rafa is the way to go!
The clinic was very clean! Not much pain. I was impressed the doctor himself drove us to the border in his car. The staff was very polite. Super fast. They paid for a nice room. My only complaint was tvs in hotel had no channels. When u have medical work done you do not feel like going out so be nice to relax in the room and watch something. I will be back the end of January!
Friday I went to the office with no appointment 1st thing in the am, put myself right into the chair discussed a plan and price, pulled 1 tooth, deep cleaned teeth and took impressions for top and bottom cast partials dentures. Returned Wednesday and checked fit bottom fit was perfect top needed some help took another impression and was told to come back in 2 hrs. Checked fit - still was not perfect. Person from the lab come to the office had a look took a picture was told to come back at 2 30 teeth fit perfectly. Took 2 days for my mouth to get used to as have not worn dentures for 20 years. Best fit and service ever. WOULD RECOMMEND.
My daughter and I booked a treatment with Ortodent and we were so pleased and happy with our choice (there were many choices and so hard to narrow our list to the right dentist) so glad we picked Ortodent. Eje and her team were very professional and welcoming. They went above and beyond their level of customer service and professionalism. Would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Hello everyone. I was in this clinic just last week. I have to mention before I go there I had little more stress, that I didn't know where I'm going or what gonna happen to me. But when I talked to Joe, and he explained everything to me, about fixing my teeth and all I need to know. Also helped me to find a good hotel to stay in. I got more trust to this clinic, when I arrive in Yuma driver came to pick me up and brought me to the clinic in Los Algodones. Then I found all people who work there are so friendly and very professional. I couldn't believe they put 11 crown in my gum in just 3 days, so beautiful. I'm very pleased and super happy. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone if you need to go there. I had a very good experience, and I wish I knew this office in my life long before. Super nice people, they treat me like family from driver to front desk and all groups of dentists. Very friendly and professional people. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
