I'm so glad that have found the New Smile Clinic! It's a true gem in Tirana. I was looking for an interior open bite treatment with clear aligners, and for a treatment plan that is adapted for those living abroad. From the moment I contacted the clinic my treatment enquiry was processed very quickly. Within few days my treatment was confirmed and I was ready to travel from the UK. Everything was very well organised for my arrival. Dr Juliana is a true professional. She is a wonderful person, and makes you feel welcome and at ease right away. Thank you very much to Dr Juliana for her true professionalism and for respecting the preferences of her patients. It's so nice to be treated by people who love their profession and patients. I would like to thank the New Smile Clinic Team. They all worked very hard, made me feel very welcome, and addressed all the enquiries right away. It was a superb experience throughout!!! I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable.
