I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The management of the clinic and all the wonderful Staff. There are no right words that could describe the satisfaction of a well-coordinated wonderful human and super professional team! If you looking for an excellent dental experience look no further. My husband and I attended a few sessions. All staff were very welcoming. The dental work done was more than we expected. We strongly recommend Silver Oaks for a better-looking smile. Good value.

Amazing service. Had an infection in my tooth whilst on holiday (from the UK) and had the best service. Was given an X ray and antibiotics, antiseptic mouthwash and painkillers. It was really reasonable and the staff spoke good English. Can’t recommend enough!

TMJ assessment- found issues with Jaw alignment. First step is some exercises to try, to determine if this helps and if it is an answer to long term issues I have been experiencing with earache, ear 'fullness', extreme tinnitus, neck pain. Also discovered a previous tooth restoration had been rotting from the inside, so scheduled an immediate follow up to open it clean it and restore it. Extremely happy with the service, and efficiency and full explanations of what was going on, and what to do. Thanks team!!!

My daughter had just moved to Armenia and I was having a WhatsApp chat with her lamenting that I had just broken another crown in my mouth; the second one in a month. I had gotten an estimate at a local dentist that was around $10,000 just for that upper quadrant of my mouth. So my daughter jokingly said, "you should check out Armenia for dental work. It's a lot less expensive here.". A quick check online and I was finding sample prices 1/5 of what they are in the States. I retrieved my x-rays from my US dentist and sent them out to a couple of dental clinics in Yerevan and got a response the next day from Neva Clinic. Dr. Arman Sayadyan gave me an estimate for my whole mouth. This included 8 implants, 14 crowns, and some orthodontic work. This would be close to $40,000 in the US and well beyond what I want to spend as a retiree. His estimate was approximately $7000. I was shocked. After several texts back and forth quizzing him about materials and methods, I made an appointment to go there and get work done. The work was to be done in two stages: firstly, to get the broken crowned teeth fixed, put in the implants, and get the orthodontal work done. Secondly, after 6 months of waiting for the implants to heal, I would go again to get the remainder of the work done. I figured I wanted to visit my daughter anyway, so I might as well get my dental work done at the same time. Arriving at Neva clinic, I was pleasantly surprised with their command of the English language and they promptly got to work on my mouth. Within a few days all the work was done for this first stage and I did a little sightseeing while I was there. Everything healed up well, and 6 months later I was on a flight back to Armenia to finish the remaining work. This work took approximately 3 weeks and the staff at Neva clinic delivered on what they had promised. For the first time in decades, I have a full set of permanent teeth; no dentures. They look great! The fit-ups are perfect. It has been 3 months since Neva clinic did this work and I have had no problems whatsoever. I could not be happier with the work they did. I can now smile with confidence! I completely recommend them for your dental work. By the way, the cost of flights and staying in Yerevan was approximately $1,200 each trip. So my total cost was just under $10,000 for all this work... And, I got to see another country! The Armenian people are very pleasant! So, if you are considering some major dental work, consider going to Armenia and definitely go to Neva clinic.
