The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Fantastic experience with Novemed, from the moment I contacted John he welcomed me and support me every step of the way. The team checked in with me on the morning of my flight and looked after me from the moment I landed in Istanbul. Private transport was amazing to and from air port and hospital and hotel. The surgeon and translator greeted me upon my arrival, supporting me every step off the way, surgeon reassuring me when I was nervous. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to ensure I was safe, well and comfortable. Dieticians ensured I had everything I needed for my time in hotel and once home. I booked to have gastric sleeve surgery through Apera with my Mum for 29th November 2022. From the moment we chose Apera, the process couldn’t have been smoother. My Mum messaged the WhatsApp number and was put in contact with Petek. We liked that Apera allowed us to process all the answers to the questions we had and didn't pressure us into making a rushed decision. Once we fully decided to go ahead with surgery, they were very thorough with their background checks regarding our current health and weight. When we arrived in Istanbul, we were greeted at the airport by Petek. She then took us to the minibus transfer which was very comfortable and spacious. We were offered water and started on our journey from the airport to the hotel. During the journey, Petek was happy to answer any questions that we had and got to know us a little better. In what felt like no time at all, we arrived at the hotel. The hotel lobby was very modern and inviting and we got checked in and shown to our room quickly. My Mum and I chose to share a room and it was lovely. Very clean, modern and comfortable. We were picked up in the minibus the next morning and Petek travelled with us again to the clinic. We were greeted at the clinic by more of the Apera team. We were shown to a lounge area where we filled in all our pre-surgery paperwork and paid for our treatment. We also met the nutritionist, who took our height and weight and calculated our stats such as BMI, ideal weight, body fat percentage etc. She gave us a printout of all the information for our own reference. We then got back into the minibus with Petek and taken to the hospital. First impressions of the hospital were that the lobby area felt more like a hotel entrance than a hospital, which actually helped with my nerves as it felt less clinical. The ward we stayed on was very spacious and our rooms were huge. We met the surgeon, Dr Cengiz Ertan, and some more of the Apera team. Everyone was so welcoming and it definitely helped with the nerves of surgery day! We had all of our pre-op tests done (ECG, blood test, scan). Once our blood test results were back and the surgeon had looked at all our tests, we were given the go ahead for surgery. The surgeon came to speak to us to explain the procedure and to answer any questions we had. Before we knew it, we were being told to change into our hospital gowns and stockings as it was time for surgery. The care we received after surgery was excellent. The nurses were always doing rounds and were available at the desk on the ward any time we needed and were happy to help. The surgeon also visited us after surgery and then every day we were in hospital. He offered us advice to help with recovery and checked our stitches. The morning after surgery, we were taken for a leak test and once we had the all clear from that, we were allowed to drink water. The day we left hospital, we met the nutritionist again who talked us through the bag of medication provided by Apera and gave us a presentation on diet for the next year. She was very informative and was happy to answer any questions we had. We were then taken back to the hotel to rest before we travelled home the next day. I would definitely recommend Apera to anyone who is considering gastric sleeve surgery as we felt very welcome and well looked after during our time with Apera. Everything was explained thoroughly and there was always someone available throughout the day to answer any questions we had.

Had the best experience with vanity, just came back from having a bbl with 360 vaser lipo. Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for surgery abroad! My experience with Clinichub has been great from start to finish! 😊 I struggled with my weight for all my life and finally decided that do something about it and started researching weight-loss surgeries and came across the gastric sleeve. So I started my enquiry with Clinichub, chatting with my lovely Coordinator and had a consultation, my surgeon, before booking my surgery! My coordinator made sure that I knew everything about the process, what to expect, how to prepare myself, etc. Then I booked my flights, packed and was mentally ready to do this for myself so I could lose this excess weight that was holding me back from enjoying many things in life. I arrived at the airport late at night, the driver was already waiting for me and escorted me to this 5-star hotel, my room was very neat and clean. There was an amazing breakfast buffet which I was not able to ENJOY ☹ as I was already on my fluid diet. Anyways, I was informed by my coordinators about the plan for the day. I got up and get ready for the tests and was taken to the hospital by the driver. I finally I met Asuman in the hospital who had been helping all through my booking process and she guided me in there as well and made sure everything went well super smoothly. The dietitian was also amazing, she explained a lot of things to me made sure everything was clear about my diet and brought me my supplements to use later. I also got to meet other patients who were having surgery on the same day as me which helped lessen my anxiety, you know seeing other people go through the same experiences and supporting each other. I met my surgeon prior to my surgery, and he was very kind and gave me confidence that everything would go well. He also made sure I felt comfortable and cared for afterwards. The nurses were lovely and very attentive. Even though I was in pain in my first day, pain relief was provided, they helped me walk and felt so much BETTER after taking my first shower, relieved and renewed. By the time I got discharged, I was feeling so good like I haven’t even had surgery and I kept thinking “WHY HAVE I DELAYED THIS FOR SO LONG?” So overall, I was impressed with the quality of the service and even though I was nervous to travel by myself, I felt comfortable and welcomed during my whole stay. So MASSIVE THANK YOU to Clinichub for the journey and my doctor, all the coordinators, nurses, drivers, hotel staff! I’ll be definitely back for my tummy and referring my family and friends 😊

Everything was so good. I went to Istanbul one month ago for a gastric sleeve. Their pre and postoperative processes was perfect. They always cared about my status. Also, their aftercare services are available for 7/24. I still ask questions whenever I want. I can reach them all the time. After one month, I lost 12 kilos.
