In December 2023, after a lot of thought, I decided to have gastric sleeve surgery. Years of dieting had made me tired and I now wanted to go this route. I spent nights reading, comparing and writing to clinics, and then decided on this clinic and didn't regret it. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, from the pickup from the airport to the preliminary examinations as well as the operation and aftercare, everything was tip top. The nurses, the doctors and the nutritional advice were so well organized and I always felt like I was in good hands. With Julia at my side, who always organized everything so well, took loving care of me and whom you could and still can write to at any time, I would like to recommend this clinic one hundred per cent with an honest heart.

Hi you guys! Like most, I've always wanted VSG since 19 when I stepped foot on my college campus. Everyone else was relatively slim and then there was me 215 lbs at 5'3. Fast forward to 2020. I'm now 22 and have a stable job and insurance (BCBS of AL) with no kids or spouse. In 2018, I ended up losing 60 lbs from 210 lbs and got down to 159 lbs, but I only managed to keep 10 lbs off. As of today I am 200 lbs and my BMI is 36.7. I’m sick of the yo-yo dieting and I decided to have surgery. I’ve had a lot weight loss. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

What a truly amazing experience. Could not have asked for more. Dr was Amazing, very relaxed and professional. Procedures were awesome, each step explained in full detail. Arthur was my first point of call, he was always there to support me and checking I was ok, I could not have done it without Arthur he was my rock. Miguel the photographer was kind, professional and amusing, he made me feel like a million dollars. My drivers Daniel and Michal were also very kind and professional, taking very good care of me and making sure I was safe. This has been a fantastic experience. I cannot wait to come back. Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. I am very happy with my decision and with the result so far.

I went and had gastric sleeve surgery here and from the moment I arrived, with Oskar waiting for me at the airport, to all the tests I had done, to the actual surgery. It was like I was in a 10-star hotel, anything I needed Oskar helped with, The clinics were spotless and didn’t look like normal hospitals so very calming. I will definitely be going back there again, very good value.

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.
