Dr. Afet is wonderful! Came all the way from Spain by myself and never felt alone.Honestly my case was a bit difficult and dangerous,the doctor was honest about the surgery and my expectations, and he went above and beyond them. The treatment is very good at this hospital. Everything was pretty straightforward from pick up and transfer to the hospital. Provided good pain relief. The hotel was good, fairly quiet. Nice and clean. Food was also ok.

I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.

OK, First let's start with the person I was booking with. (Jasmine) very friendly and helpful with my questions and didn't mind me asking questions from start to finish. Second the girls that drove me to appointments and looked after me, (Ilayda and Derya). I don't have the words to express my gratitude, everything big and small, from a hand on my shoulder when they started with the needles, to the chats about anything and everything, and even putting me on wifi as soon as I met them so I could call home, they are awesome and I hope I see them again. And third, my doctor, Doctor Rehber Marsil was a nice guy and very reassuring and a genuinely good man. Talked me through the full procedure and let me know he was there for any questions I might have. If I have anything done in the future I will 100% go back to Maxxclinic, they have put a very good team together, and I think they know how to find the best people for the jobs. I'm home now and would like to thank you all for helping me with this big life decision.

After having three children (all natural births) I felt that my bladder had weakened and my private area needed a rejuvenation. I contemplated and done a lot of research before finding Hylia Health. Arrived at the appointment. Taken into surgery. Dr O explained the procedure. Treatment given, ear stitched up. Painless and quick. Dr gave me a prescription for a cream to put on after the stitches are taken out in ten days time. No after effects! In and out in 30 mins. Would recommend attending this clinic. Ver little cost to have one pierced ear down up!
