Hellooo ! I had surgery at Aktif International Hospital and my experience was truly amazing. I had liposuction and a tummy tuck performed by Dr. Umran Muslu and I am very satisfied with the results. I am so grateful for the care and support provided by the assistants Monica and medical consultant Kate. Big thanks to both of them......... The nurses at the hospital were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Everything was perfect, from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the hospital. The entire organisation was very professional. Ich hatte kürzlich eine Schlauchmagen-Operation in Antalya. Gefunden habe ich die Aytclinic über Google. Ich forderte Info Material an und erhielt in kürzester Zeit einen Kontakt per WhatsApp mit Hülya. Sie hat mich kompetent beraten und nahm mir mit ihrer offenen herzlichen Art meine noch vorhandene Unsicherheit. Es ist wirklich von Anfang an alles gut gelaufen. Von der Beratung durch Hülya, über Transfer und Begleitung im Krankenhaus bis zur Abreise wurde ich erstklassig betreut. Meine Betreuerin Hülya sprach sehr gut deutsch und war bei allen Untersuchungen dabei, bis zur OP und auch direkt danach. Sie war jederzeit, 24/7 ansprechbar und hat alles geregelt. Einen ganz besonderen Dank an Sie. Mir geht's jetzt, 3 Wochen Post-OP echt sehr gut, dass hätte ich nicht erwartet! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team der Ayt Klinik für eure großartige Arbeit!

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Came over from the UK to get Gynecomastia surgery and can't thank them enough. They organised everything from the airport transfer to the hotel and everything went smoothly. Cost for the surgery was the best I could find and really impressed with the results.

Wow, what a 1st visit to this beautiful clinic, where you are greeted by the friendly reception team and made to feel welcome, as for Dr Raj he is a gentleman and is very honest and informative regarding treatments. There is no pressure to go ahead with treatments, I only wish I had found this clinic earlier I cannot wait to go back and have treatment (neo gen ). I was diagnosed with an inguinal hernia in December last year. They told me I would have the operation by the following February under the UK National Health Service. Eventually I was told it wouldn’t be possible this year due to the pandemic. I looked to have this done privately in the UK but the cost was very high so I then looked to go abroad. Coramed had the best reviews and were extremely helpful and friendly. I had the procedure in early June.They sorted out the hotel, airport and clinic transfers. The clinic was modern and comfortable, I would recommend very highly. Including hotels and flights the cost was 25% of going private in the uk. Wrocław is also a lovely city to visit.

I went with my friend who had a face lift and I had lower eye surgery. Very nice surgeon and staff, the clinic is very clean and mac is so helpful and puts you at ease. The price is brilliant and they do not skip any corners! Highly recommend

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Initial enquiries were made to Weronika who effectively and gently guided me through the whole process she was supportive professional patient and gave me great confidence in choosing Allmedica Weronika then introduced me to my English-speaking host the wonderful Oscar who was an absolute comfort, incredibly helpful and diligent. Oscar was superb at his job and always made you feel like you were in safe capable hands I was then introduced to my surgeon. Who instantly made me feel I was in very safe hands. A very skilled and capable man who performed my surgery.
