The AYT team have been fantastic before and after surgery and continues to help me whenever needed. My quality of live is so much better than before surgery. I have so much more confidence and I'm a lot happier.

This is my first review ever on something I had an experience with. This experience is worthwhile to spread out to all women who need help. Dr. Mehmet Bekir Sen is a great doctor who not only treats you but most importantly listens to you and cares about you. On every visit, he knows me in depth without forgetting any tiny details. He treats me with care and love. He did not make any judgment on me. He fully understands my background, tradition, and religious issues. I came to him to have a "Hymenoplasty" surgery, so I could continue my life without suffering from the honour of virginity. He did a great job on "Hymenoplasty" surgery without any pain. The surgery healed pretty well as nothing had happened before. When I felt pain, I made a call after work time hours, and he called my phone number immediately to make me feel comfortable and relieved. To all women who are looking for help in "Hymenoplasty" or other treatment, I recommended Dr. Sen. He is the right person and doctor to trust. Also, It is worth what you pay for treatment under his care. So many thanks to Dr Mehmet Bekir Sen without him I could not stand up again with the confidence to face life again and complete my journey in my home country. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I was very scared to travel and having labiaplasty done I have been thinking years. To go under this. Varicose vein treatment both legs. I would like to thank Anna who guided me through the logistics of treatment in Poland. I had reservations but on arriving at clinic Anna quickly put me at ease. Clinic was modern and well equipped preparation was very thorough. Following consultation with Dr Pawel Wlodarczak, assisted by surgical nurse Beata who was always there caring and reassuring Anna always in the background, the surgery went well. Although not without pain not for long after surgery I was up walking Immediately. I have been in recovery now for 7 days and already planning trip away and for once will be packing shorts, the unsightly and swollen veins are gone. Thank you all so much.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

My Quaba is an experienced plastic surgeon who knows exactly how to help people and make them feel confident about the surgery. He is like an artist when it comes to his work and he is a lovely person who listens to what you want and need then works with you to get to the goal. The nurses and staff at Spire are friendly and so caring. One nurse in particular I think her name is Cecilia who removed the cast and stitches was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, and professional and made me feel so safe and happy in such a nerve-racking situation. She explained everything in detail and made light conversation to ensure I was distracted. Taking the job seriously but making it fun and safe is really a talent and shows how nice a person she is! So far recovering from the nose job has been easy with the support of Spire and Mr Quaba;s team and looking forward to the future with my new nose.

Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. I attended the Allmedica clinic in March 2024 for liposuction and a tummy tuck. I have to say the service that I received was second to none. Let me be clear, we added to our package the all-inclusive option so we were escorted through the whole process by our 'host' Oskar - from pick up at the airport, to drop off afterwards. The treatment itself was done exceedingly professionally, yet personal. The clinic in Nowy Targ (Poland) is very small and I was the only person staying there overnight - I had my own nurse on duty who monitored me throughout. There were no language problems - many could speak some English, we had the 'host' who spoke perfect English and there was always Google Translate! There were many pre-tests that I wouldn't have even thought of; blood tests were done in the comfort of the hotel room; dressing changes were also done in the hotel bedroom and Oskar also organised for the lymphatic drainage masseur to attend me at the hotel. Prior to the operation the surgeon discussed options with me and made sure I understood what was going to happen. I felt very comfortable with his expertise. I am writing this 3 weeks after the operation, and can honestly say that I am ecstatic with the results. Thank you to all involved in providing this treatment. I would (and have) recommended others to you.

This morning, I met the doctor and his team for my first consultation. They are all very kind and professional. I'm looking forward to meeting them for my next appointment which my problem will be addressed professionally.
