Rating from 1 Review I am very pleasedOrla, dublin, 04 Feb 15

I am not very familiar with attending a sports therapist and more used to a sports massage which is very different but I am very pleased with the first visit whereby my mind was put to rest as to what the problem could be and I was given useful exercises to follow. Follow up appointment is next week.

PhysioCare Blanchardstown

(01) 901 0176 ext: 70556 32 Clonsilla Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15
Rating from 2 Reviews The treatment is going wellNuala, Dublin, 04 Feb 14

Physiotherapist / Physical Therapist Consultation The treatment is going well. However, I feel it is early days yet. I have a little improvement, but not much as yet (only 2 visits). I feel the price is a little high at 65 euro for half hour consultation. I do not have private insurance and need to go every week (260 euro per month is quite a substantial amount to pay).

All good so farEmer, Ireland, 08 Oct 15

So far my son has just had 1 treatment. Another 1 next week. All going good so far. Clinic was spotless. Big Tv on wall if you did have to wait. No waiting when arrived. Seen at time of agreed appointment. All staff lovely.

Pilates + qi/chi rooms

(01) 901 0176 ext: 86104 11 south william st., 1st floor studio + clinic, Dublin, d2
We have experienced teachers in Yoga and Pilates and simply, our studio is very special, the ambiance and people very inviting. There are a variety of classes and times to choose from with an online booking system in place to gaurantee places (limited to a personal small class of 14).  Have a look at the web-site for pics and extra info. The clinic specialises in fertility with Jett being one of the founder members of Zita West here in Ireland.  Diet and lifestyle advise is part of the acupuncture fertility sessions.  It is a busy clinic that takes late friday evening and saturday appointments in addition to the regular weekly mon-thurs afternoon slots.  But ring well in advance if you have dates for ivf, iui or other specific dates as clinic books up quickly. Another clinic speciality is sports injury.  Having 'fixed' many of the Irish Basketball team, Landsdowne football members and Triathlon, marathon and other sports happy athletes, no one is too big or too small for us to help.
Pilates From €15
We have a very experience team of 3, all who are passionate and excellent at teaching.  Unlike many other forms of exercise, Pilates balances out muscular asymmetries, streamlines your silhouette, and improves your balance, coordination, and breath control.Pilates exercises simultaneously develop muscular flexibility and strength within one move. One precisely executed Pilates session is worth more than several hours at the gym and afterward you’ll feel invigorated, not exhausted.
