Before I met Sinead ,I had totally given up, had lost all hope of ever regaining any quality of life again.Sinead, invested her time and care, compassion and knowledge, in me,I have since regained some sense, of hope and dignity again.Having had horrific experiences of health care ,before her period in my life. With Sincere thanks James

This has given me confidenceDes, Ireland, 28 Mar 17

I had three years of painful movement in upper arm and shoulder, partly due to the side effects of medication. One appointment has produced a considerable improvement. Message, exercises and some helpful insights into lifestyle continue to help this improvement. I chose Seapoint because it is a one person practice; seemed to have the speciality I sought and was well reviewed. Sinead inspires confidence; I found her to be perceptive and took the necessary time to address the issues I had.

Physiotherapist / Physical Therapist Consultation Excellent. I have seen Kathy several times and she is the best physio I have been to. Friendly, upbeat, interested in getting to the bottom of the problem and following up. Convenient location for parking and dart. Highly recommended.

Physiotherapist / Physical Therapist Consultation I've had the most positive physiotherapy experience with Kathy. She spent a lot of time with me and gave me a lot of relief. I get muscular and nerve pain and was treated with muscle tissue release work and some spinal and pelvic manipulations. I've been to a lot of different places and this has definitely given me the best results.

Rating from 2 Reviews The only Physiotherapist clinic I would ever go to in Dublin.Laura, Ireland, 12 Sep 16

I had a stress injury that I continued to train on (competitive athletics) for weeks and put off going to the physio for ages. Aidan has the best approach to getting athletes back to their normal training. He told me I was not to run but encouraged me to take up swimming, cycling, weights and aqua jogging. He guaranteed me that I would come back stronger, and that is exactly what happened. I was out for two months but barely lost any fitness. Can't recommend him more. Very good value for what you get. The only physio clinic I would ever go to in Dublin.

Extremely polite and friendlyAnonymous, Ireland, 11 Nov 14

Physiotherapist / Physical Therapist Consultation I went to see Aidan because I had started a fairly rigorous schedule of training for rowing and was having problems with my back and shoulders. The first thing I noticed was the wall of photos and thank you letters from Olympic and National Athletes. There was no waiting time at all and the reception staff were extremely polite and friendly. Aidan isolated the problem and gave me a series of exercises that would help. He also worked on the shoulder to release the tightness. The session lasted 30 minutes. After two weeks of exercises the pain was greatly reduced and I was able to get back to training.

I am not very familiar with attending a sports therapist and more used to a sports massage which is very different but I am very pleased with the first visit whereby my mind was put to rest as to what the problem could be and I was given useful exercises to follow. Follow up appointment is next week.

SOMAdublin

(01) 901 0176 ext: 81142 12 Brunswick Place, Dublin, 2
Somatic Movement Class / Somatic Exercise Class In a Somatic Exercise Class, you will learn a series of self-care movements to release tight muscles on the front, back and sides of your body. The overall goal is to become more aware of habitual muscle tensions in order to release them (and get rid of them ). The movement sequences are practiced in a slow manner to allow the brain to ‘catch up’ again, always within your individual comfortable range of motion and never pushing into pain. You are retraining your brain to send the correct information to the muscles (relax or contract) to allow for full control and good muscle function. For a one to one class, I will design a series of exercises specifically tailored to your needs. Every client is unique, so we will find the perfect variation of a movement that suits you. In a group class, I will teach with a more general approach while adjusting to each clients profile if possible. Ideally, you start with some Clinical sessions and continue to refine your movement with Somatic Exercise classes. I have trained as a Somatic Exercise Coach under Martha Peterson (Essential Somatics) beginning of 2014 to teach Somatic Movement classes. Clinical Somatic Education Clinical Somatic Education is a powerful one-to-one application of Somatic Education. Done on a wide and low table, the practitioner guides movement and uses different techniques to release stiff muscles and encourage smooth, unrestricted move

Very Good and helpful and encouraging They are very friendly and professional and I will definatly go again

Entire experience was nothing short of exceptionalD, Ireland, 19 Nov 16

Arrived in Dublin from the US with a very stiff neck. By mid morning I could not move my neck, shooting pain in my muscles and lower back, looked on line for a massage and called Archview. Lynsey suggested physiotherapy and two hours later I was at the clinic. The treatment was new to me, pins similar to those used for acupuncture were used on my neck muscles to relieve the spasms. After 45 minutes of this treatment the excruciating pain was gone and I could move my head again without holding it between my hands, my jaw worked, headache gone. My wife is signed up now to see if the same results can be achieved on her back.

Treatment for a variety of muscular and joint related football injuries Very knowledgeable and practical understanding of sports injuries. Experience of contact sports at a high level helps better understanding of challenges and pressures of, in my case, football related injuries.

The treatment of my injury is excellentDaniel, Ireland, 19 Sep 13

Roy at Iveagh Sports Injury Clinic has treated my back and knee on different occasions. His comprehensive assessment of my injury before any treatment is always impressive. He can accurately explain what caused my injury and give me advice about how to prevent it in the future. The treatment of my injury is excellent and he always gives me exercises to complete on my own to speed up my recovery. I have referred many friends and acquaintances to Roy.

Rating from 2 Reviews She explained my back problem very well to mePhilip, Dublin, 30 Mar 16

I rang for an appointment & got one the following day, much to my relief. I had a lower back pain as a result of a joint pull around the lower spine area. This caused muscle/ tissue pain. On my visit to the clinic after a consultation I received massage treatment to this area to help the joint & muscles. I was also given excercises to strengthen this area. I received great help with just one visit. I found the therapist very welcoming & professionl. She explained my back problem very well to me. Using the exercises I was given over the following two weeks I am greatly improved .
