It was fantastic.Cianan, Ireland, 06 Oct 09

I had a reflexology treatment at the Dublin Holistic Centre, it was fantastic. I've had plenty of reflexology over the years all over the world but I've never had such a good treatment as at the Dublin Holistic Centre, the therapist was Japanese, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very warm and friendly giving more of her time than necessary.

So far so good anyway.Nuala, Ireland, 21 Dec 09

Yes, well so far so good anyway.

The benefits of PilatesThe top benefits doing of Pilates exercise that people report are that they become stronger, longer, leaner, and more able to do anything with grace and easeimprovements in range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture, and abdominal strength -- and decreases in back, neck and joint pain.Pilates has boomed in the last two years, at the Dublin Holistic Centre.  The amount of students attending who suffer with poor posture, or back issues predominantly resulting from long term seated jobs with little movement or poor ergonomically designed desks and chairs compounded with stress has really catapulted back pain and neck pain into the main stream. Having seen an Osteopath or Massage Therapist to ease any structural or muscular tensions etc, the next step is in strengthening core back and abdominal muscles to ensure at all times, not just at work, that your posture and core strength is engaged ALL THE TIME, naturally, thus not collapsing when seated.   Once you have completed a 6 week Beginners course, there's no holding back, you will love how much stronger your core feels, and be amazed how far you can grow and push yourselves.  There are students who are in their 50's and 60's doing our classes who easily push themselves into Plank simply by having gained core strength and stability.  DON'T BE SHY, try a Pilates class today, although the secret is in finding a GREAT teacher...

I was impressed.Anne, Ireland, 10 Aug 12

As an Age Group Triathlete I have attended Range of Motion Clinic on a number of occasions. On my first visit I was impressed by Andy's professionalism, knowledge, expertise and personable manner. His own background in sport gives him an additional level of understanding that complements his PT knowledge. As a result of this first experience I had no hesitation in seeking Andy out when a subsequent problem arose. Range of Motion Clinic has now become my clinic of choice to attend for both treatment and injury prevention needs.

I highly recommend AndyPaul, Ireland, 12 Aug 12

I attended Andy Clinic in June 2011 for an injury I picked up from running. He diagnosed the symptoms as Achilles tendonitis straight away (sharp twinge pain around the lower back part of the ankles every time your foot strikes the ground/ stiffness around the ankle first thing in the morning). By diagnosing this symptom very quickly he helped me avoid further damage. Andy continued to treat my injury over the course of 6 months. During this time he put me on a program that helped me recover from this injury and avoid any relapse. I returned to running after 3months – starting off slowly whilst managing and measuring each step of the recovery progress. Research has shown under normal treatment this particular injury can take up to 9-12months to recover from fully. I was back to full run training after 6months and completed a marathon distance race 1yr after the injury was first diagnosed by Andy without any problems what so ever. Full Range of Motion physical therapy delivers a first class service – which has the latest leading edge physical therapy treatment that you will likely find. I highly recommend Andy and his physical therapy service.

Floated out of the room after amazing massagePaula, greystones, 15 Sep 15

Delighted with the clinic I chose. Another professional recommended her to me and then I found her on google and made my appointment and I didn't have to travel to far either. She also told me of other professionals in her studio that I might find helpful which is great to know.

She treated me with acupunctureAndy, Ireland, 04 Apr 14

I got a treatment from Emer while I was 6 month pregnant. I had pain in my hip and legs muscles. She treated me with acupuncture while she gave me a back massage while I was lying on my side. What I liked is I felt cared more and as a pregnant I needed to be touched. Next time I ll try her Ayurvedic massage too.

Very pleaseP, Ireland, 25 Jun 09

I was really pleased with everything. The staff are friendly and the physiotherapist that i had was extremenly good. Her name was Lynsey. She diagnosed my problem on the first session and got straight into treatment. I didnt feel rushed.I was in for about 55 minutes and it only cost 55 Euros. Other physio clinics that i have been to have charged me that 20 minutes! pretty good deal.I thought i would have needed load s of physio as i have had pain in my back for 2 months but i was pain free after three sessions.very please :)

I am very pleasedOrla, dublin, 04 Feb 15

I am not very familiar with attending a sports therapist and more used to a sports massage which is very different but I am very pleased with the first visit whereby my mind was put to rest as to what the problem could be and I was given useful exercises to follow. Follow up appointment is next week.
