  • I appreciated the quick communication - but maybe one email would be enough instead of two.Susan, Ireland, 22 Feb 13
  • Responded next working day in the early morning.Edward, Ireland, 06 Mar 13
  • I had problems with my back for years which I sort of ignored due to having no good reason whatsoever. It got to the point of having back problems daily.Dónal, Ireland, 11 Nov 12
  • Eoin realigned my back and noted that "the muscles of your back are splinting your spine." Next step would be my back falling apart. This is quite a motivator, let me tell you.Dónal, Ireland, 11 Nov 12
  • Eoin recommended kettlebells to rehab my back and explained that, no, lifting weights with proper technique will help rather than make things worse. As it turned out, doing kettlebells for an hour once a week will make a massive difference quickly.Dónal, Ireland, 11 Nov 12
  • By three weeks, my posture had improved drastically and I was losing weight despite tripling my food intake. Everyone I knew was shocked at the physical difference - "HOLY ****, you're huge!" was the common comment.Dónal, Ireland, 11 Nov 12
  • (I kept pointing out I was just standing upright) I have found Eoin to be very good at explaining the whys and wherefores of treatment and body physiology. As he will tell you, he got into the field because of his own injuries and is very results-oriented, preferring to aim for fixing the problem as opposed to managing the problem.Dónal, Ireland, 11 Nov 12
  • Hello, I have been plagued with a bad back (as a result of a football injury sustained 16 years ago) and a friend recommended Mr. Russell. Eoin was polite and extremely informative, he thought me more about my own body than all the chiropractors I have ever seen.Paul, Ireland, 16 Oct 12
  • Muscles hold the key to everything. By implementing his exercises in everyday life my back pain has all but disappeared.Paul, Ireland, 16 Oct 12
  • I decided to try the Body Mechanic after years of going to physios and chiropractors to try and ease the pain in my hip and back with not much success. More recently I had developed a lot of neck pain as well so I needed something done, and fast! I liked the idea that Eoin would assess everything from diet, past injuries, posture and suggest exercises to help.Denise, Ireland, 15 Oct 12
  • He also used a variet y of techniques to both diagnose and treat my aches and pains and after only three sessions, I felt noticeably better. He also didn't try to push a long course of treatments so I would be happy to go back if I felt I needed a top up treatment.Denise, Ireland, 15 Oct 12
  • I spent a lot more time and money going to the physios and chiropractors with a lot less result! If you have not had much result with other types of therapy, I would strongly recommend you give the Body Mechanic a try!Denise, Ireland, 15 Oct 12

  • My back has improved 90% and still improving my right leg which used to catch when I’d go running now it is almost better- I feel so much better, I feel I am walking and running a lot straighter. Go and see a chiropractor right away, you won’t believe the improvement.Josie, Ireland, 11 May 12
  • I automatically straighten up when I feel I'm not sitting right - so better posture all together, even my mam noticed. Eyes have not been bothering me at all, they feel great.CJ, Ireland, 10 May 12
  • I can't believe the difference after only a few sessions. My back and neck pain are gone and I can move a whole lot better.Joanne, Ireland, 06 Dec 11
  • I also had an amazing massage from Aga. Between my 4th and 8th visit, I played golf 13 days out of 16, including 7 days in a row, all walking and at 67 years of age.Paddy, Ireland, 15 Sep 11

Review I suffer with chronic knee pain and have attended various therapists with little benefit. At bodyworks, they helped me return to pain free running. I received a mix of hands on treatment and supervised rehab specific strengthening/stretching exercises. I was very happy with the service and the one to one attention provided. Will, dublin, 31 Jul 11

The Physio Company - Drumcondra

128 Lower Drumcondra Road, Drumcondra
Pilates
Review I've been to see the physio here twice so far and it's done wonders for my back. I've been in pain for a few weeks and after just one session here, it worked wonders. I'd definitely recommend anyone to visit and it's just off the main road, so perfect location-wise. As physios go, the pricing is so much cheaper and I've signed up for their corporate rate, which will save me over €100 in just a few sessions. Once you make an appointment they send you a confirmation by email and a reminder on the day too - which is pretty handy for us forgetful folk. Price, communication and service are top notch here - highly recommended!Anonymous, Dublin, 17 Apr 13
