Welcome to The Healing House We are a dedicated team of healers led by founder John Kenny and Gemma Grimes. Together we provide a safe environment and a peaceful atmosphere for both clients and therapists to work in. We believe that everyone encounters problems in life, and all of us at some time need a helping hand to get over the more serious problems. Difficulties ranging from addictions to naievity, from marital challenges to job related stress or even unfair dismissal or bullying in the work place. Some of us have experienced physical problems like back pain or emotional pain from wounding relationships, abuse or bereavement. Mental pain such as phobias, depression, suicidal thoughts or 'racing brain syndrome' can leave us feeling cornered and without help. Spiritual pain can be experienced when we feel lost or we lack trust in life. At The Healing House we provide caring therapists experienced in each of these fields to help you to feel better as quickly as possible.

Could not be happierSimon, Ireland, 20 06 22

Having never had my back and spine looked at previously and after 10+ years of carrying excess weight, I have been incredibly lucky to find Dr Chenot. She has been a magician working on re-adjusting me and alleviating a lot of stress as well as increasing my range of motion and overall allowing me to feel a lot more positive about myself. She also does a wonderful job of explaining exactly what's happening and how what she is doing is going to relieve what is ailing me. The front-desk staff is incredibly friendly also. Never have to wait more than 1-2 mins after arrival before being seen and they send reminders 24 hours before the next appointment to ensure a smooth experience. Could not be happier!

Kinesiology from €75
Kinesiology uses muscle bio-feedback testing to identify food and environmental sensitivities that affect energy levels and digestive system imbalances. Simply explained, it is a system based on manually testing muscle reactions to identify allergies. The substance or a homeopathic version of the substance is placed on the body, and the response of one or more muscles is assessed. This allows a whole range of substances to be rapidly checked. By testing the 50 most common sensitivities, imbalances can be identified and dietary and lifestyle changes recommended.  Kinesiology can be extremely accurate but it does depend heavily on the knowledge and skill of the practitioner and we can assure you that at the Dublin Holistic Centre our practitioners are of the highest professional standard.
Spinal Rehabilitation - Neck and Back Injury
Pilates €8 - €130
The benefits of PilatesThe top benefits doing of Pilates exercise that people report are that they become stronger, longer, leaner, and more able to do anything with grace and easeimprovements in range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture, and abdominal strength -- and decreases in back, neck and joint pain.Pilates has boomed in the last two years, at the Dublin Holistic Centre.  The amount of students attending who suffer with poor posture, or back issues predominantly resulting from long term seated jobs with little movement or poor ergonomically designed desks and chairs compounded with stress has really catapulted back pain and neck pain into the main stream. Having seen an Osteopath or Massage Therapist to ease any structural or muscular tensions etc, the next step is in strengthening core back and abdominal muscles to ensure at all times, not just at work, that your posture and core strength is engaged ALL THE TIME, naturally, thus not collapsing when seated.   Once you have completed a 6 week Beginners course, there's no holding back, you will love how much stronger your core feels, and be amazed how far you can grow and push yourselves.  There are students who are in their 50's and 60's doing our classes who easily push themselves into Plank simply by having gained core strength and stability.  DON'T BE SHY, try a Pilates class today, although the secret is in finding a GREAT teacher...

We always found the solution for what we came forAnila, Ireland, 03 11 23

I’ve been a patient of Dr Turner’s for over 20 years, and not just me, my whole family has. We always found the solution for what we came for. I had problems with my back, gallstones, eczema, and my husband had kidney stones, the GP gave my 10-year-old son at the time a prescription for antibiotics for 3 months for an ear infection, which I refused to take, and brought him to Dr Turner and the rest is history. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts Dr Turner, we appreciate you so much.

Kinesiology
At the Turner Clinic we assess your general Vitality and see what are the main factors making you ill. This is bio-resonance therapy. We pay particular attention to the mental and emotional blocks and address these problems with EFT, Hypnosis,NLP,Emotion Code etc. We also check the nutritional status and view your Darkfield Live Blood Picture. We prescribe the appropriate vitamins and minerals.

I couldn't recommend this clinic enoughGarry, Ireland, 07 02 23

I got in contact with the cottage clinic about a pain on the inside of my elbow. It's been bothering me for a good while, but the past week it got unbearable. After talking to Brian we decided to try Tecar Therapy. I was a bit sceptical at first because I never heard of it, but decided to try it. I'm glad I did, after one session I had full movement back in my elbow and the pain was gone. I still really can't believe it. I couldn't recommend the cottage clinic enough. Nice, clean modern clinic and Brian was a pleasure to deal with.
