From my first consultation to the final 12 month in-person follow up, I have been treated with a great amount of professionalism and warmth from this highly knowledgeable team. Every step of my implant procedure was explained to me in a clear and concise manner, with any questions answered and any concerns I had removed. On the day of my procedure I was made to feel very relaxed before, during and after. So relaxed in fact, that at one point I fell asleep! I had a hair transplant at this clinic in July 2023. The doctor was Yusuf Ozturk. We previously contacted the doctor and made an operation plan. Everything went well on the day of the operation. We started at 11:00 and finished at 18:00. It's been half a year and I'm happy with the result. Yusuf is a very good attentive doctor and a true professional.

I had hair transplant treatment at Seneca in Thessaloniki. The procedure took two days. I chose this clinic on word of mouth, a close relative of mine works in the medical field and they recommended a doctor working with Seneca. On the first day the procedure was a bit painful and I gave relevant feedback, it was much better in the second day. Overall the offices and medical rooms look great and extremely clean. I was taken care of by my doctor and two nurses, all were very professional and friendly. Results after 10 months are very satisfactory and I have seen a great difference in how I and my hair look.
