Hair transplant - 1-year review I can not fault the Surgery Group at all through the whole process so far. I 1-year post-op and the results are beyond my wildest dreams! I was initially supposed to be having my transplant in Turkey last summer but due to coronavirus, I could not travel last year. I then looked into a transplant in the UK. I had a couple of online consultations with other, better-known companies but luckily for me, I found Matthew and the Surgery Group. The initial thing that drew me to this business was that it was a considerably lower price than other organisations, but after speaking to Matthew it becomes apparent that I wasn’t only getting a lower price, I was also getting a very personal experience in which I felt looked after and cared about. On the day of the surgery, Dr Ismail and his team were very honest and informative about what was going to happen. They drew an initial hairline that I wasn’t happy with so I asked them to modify this and they did. They even took more grafts than they needed to cover the area in order to make the front have a higher density. Throughout the whole process, I felt minimal pain, only for the anaesthetic injections and when hair was taken from the nerve endings. Overall a really professional procedure in which I felt safe, secure and cared for at all times. After the procedure, it was made clear what to do for aftercare and Matthew was available for the days after the procedure and beyond. He has continued to give me great advice over the phone all year, always replying within 10 minutes. For a lower price, I got exactly the same (or better) as I would have got with any better-known clinic in the UK. I came for a consultation whilst on holiday in Bodrum. This was so easy it was like a jigsaw, piece after piece fitted. I had the surgery of 2 areas. 2 sessions back to back overnight. The staff worked tirelessly on my head. I had very little pain. The process was fully explained by everyone one in the team and translated into English to make sure I understood everything. The price was very reasonable. The during and aftercare was excellent. It was so easy I fell asleep naturally during most of the extraction process. However, I wanted the Estetik Hair team to have the best they could have so they could do their best to give me their best so I could look my best. Within 19 hours from walking into their office near Bitez to walking out of the brand new Acibadem hospital with a new head of hair. I have followed their instructions implicitly and am excited to see the new hair growth. I was unsure as to whether to have the treatment done and who to use. I found Estetik Hair on the Internet and thought let's go and enquire. They ticked all the boxes to have the procedure and to have it done by surgeon Korkut and his team. It was fate and meant to be as we say in England. I am extremely overjoyed with the whole process and what the Estetik Hair team have done for me. They worked hard and was worth every penny. I did not feel much pain before or during the operation and have felt no pain since. I very much recommend this clinic and the staff to anyone who is thinking of having or wants to have a hair transplant. Me and my friend went to this clinic for surgery, my friend had the bottom of her eye bags removed. I had a facelift and top and bottom eye surgery. The results are fantastic it was very reasonably priced cheaper than England, hospital is lovely and clean and very new looking. The surgeon who did my and my friend's surgery was a very nice man and helped me with what he thought would help with better results. Mac is the gentleman who picks you up from the airport and takes you to the clinic every day, he is a lovely man very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We had our surgery on the 8th of January and they still message to see if everything is ok. thank you very much. They are lovely people I would highly recommend this clinic and would go a gain for surgery without a doubt.
