The consultancy service, and surgeons all had a professional attitude along side having a sincere manner on my whole journey from the beginning to the end in Turkey. I came all the way from Germany to Istanbul to finally get some new eyebrows. I struggled a lot with my eyebrows so I found at the internet hairestetik. I texted them and asked for help. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly and professional. They picked me up from the airport brought me to my hotel (very nice hotel with an awesome view of Istanbul). The next day we went to the hospital and everyone was very friendly so I felt very comfortable. They gave me food, drinks always asked me if I need something. The translator explain everything and if I had open questions I can always ask. Very important point for me, that we still in contact so the way I can always ask and show pictures to them. I am already very happy about my new eyebrows and I would tell everyone that need to fix their eyebrows to go there because I felt very comfortable and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

I cannot fault Vanity Cosmetics at all. From the initial contact and them telling me which surgery I actually needed rather than what I thought I needed, they provided me with lots of images of their worth which gave me the confidence to book. The hospital is beautiful and very clean, I had a very big personal room for recovery. I was very nervous about my surgery, especially being put to sleep. The nurses and staff were very reassuring and put my nerves at ease. My Surgeon Dr Alper Burak Uslu was amazing he really listened to what I wanted and did a brilliant job with reshaping and lifting my breasts. Thank you so much. The driver also smoothly fetched me up at Antalya airport because he had a nice placard he waived during my arrival. They have also a jolly and full and energetic interpreter that makes my day not castaway. I believe she is a nice person because of giving a candy during the trip. The rockstar representative/coordinator: You have to contact their most valuable and responsive representative named “BATUHAN”, sure he will guide you until you reached the best hair restoration clinic in Turkey. The relaxing and cozy hotel: Most of the hotels that I’ve visited before are quite plain and have no wow factor. But the hotel provided by Catchlife during my stay in Antalya Turkey make my life easy and comfortable. Upon arrival, the receptionist will ask for your passport nicely and prepare your room quickly. The room that he gave me is exceptional and spacious. The bathroom is so clean. The foamy twin bed and have 6 different fragrant pillows. They have also a blanket that hurdles frostbite. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list, and wonderful dessert. I recommend it to everyone! I recently had treatment at Cevre Hospital and this is how it went. My flight was delayed and the driver waited over two hours for me. I had my treatment the following day with Dr Ali Cem Oktay brilliant surgeon who listened and delivered on my expectations. Nurse Eda an angel took great care of me, along with Nurse Ismet and Nurse Zeynep. I could not have asked for better nurses to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Last but far from least is Nurdan, she arranges everything from start to finish. She can be reached at any time to answer any concerns. The cleaning ladies kept the hospital very clean, my bed linen was changed every day and they always had a smile for me. If it was possible to give more stars I would gladly. I look forward to visiting them again.
