I underwent a complex lower jaw surgery at the clinic, specifically aimed at correcting my bite alignment... The precision and care taken by the team were exceptional. The recovery process was well-explained and supported by the clinic's staff. I'm now in the final stages of healing, and the improvement in my bite function and appearance is remarkable.

In January of this year (2023), I started looking into the possibility of getting a full mouth restoration of my teeth. I contacted several clinics within California and found even the All on Four cost to be very expensive. The All on Six was significantly more expensive. At the age of 76, I wondered if I wanted to incur such a large expense. I decided that I would investigate the cost of the same procedures in Mexico and other countries south of our border. I found several clinics that had excellent reviews of which Funesmile ended up on my short list. I finally decided on Funesmile clinic in Tijuana Mexico and my adventure began. I had been in constant communication with their contact person, Luis Mares, who was terrific in making every part of the process as pleasant as possible. In addition, Dr. Funes was great from his concern on the medication I was taking to make sure they would not cause any issues during the surgery to making sure that the product was not only to my satisfaction but to his high standards. Dr Funes also required me to have an electrocardiogram done before to make sure my heart was strong enough for the procedure. There was a doctor on site that was able to perform the test and I made it through with flying colors. Dr. Funes’ assistants, Anna and Fani were also very professional and added to making the entire process more pleasant. It is now a month since the completion of my full mouth replacement and I am adjusting to the new teeth more and more as the days pass. I wanted to give it at least 2 months of an adjustment period before I decided to see if I need an adjustment or not. I can finally bite into fruit, enjoy a nice steak and can chew my food the way I have wanted to for many years. In the final analysis, I am happy I had the procedure done and if I were faced with the decision of doing it all over again, I would definitely have it done with Dr. Funes and his staff.

I chose Dr. Urzola’s clinic to do my long-needed dental work (full upper implants) due to online reviews as well as the fact that he called me on a Sunday after I put in an online inquiry regarding my needed dental work. The clinic is clean and has state-of-the-art equipment. His staff is friendly and he and Cristina made it a very welcoming experience. I saved at least $30k having this procedure done at Dr. Urzola’s, not to mention the time which would have been wasted if it had been done in the US. Lifetime guarantee of work. We love Costa Rica! The treatment was amazing I really loved the results on my teeth they were broken and on an incline before but after they made them straight and fixed I am so happy with the results as they have fixed my smile also. the staff was so helpful and spoke English so there was no miscommunication and they made my teeth just as I had asked. I had a wonderful experience at Clear Choice Costa Rica. I worked through Gabriel and he was so patient, helpful, and kind. He handled booking my room, getting me through the airport, to and from the airport, to and from the appointments. It’s not easy to have full extractions and implants but they make the process as easy as possible. I will return in 6 weeks for my permanents. (6 months after the temporaries) I would recommend using them if you’re considering implants.

I came to Costa Rica at the end of February 2023 to work with Dr. Gadea and I had a wonderful experience. I was referred to him by a number of his patients who had successful experiences with him, and they live in North Carolina. The doctor and I emailed back-and-forth since the fall. He never hesitated to get back to me as soon as possible when I had questions. As a woman on my own, traveling to Costa Rica for dental work, I felt safe and secure, I felt supported and listened to by Dr. Gadea and his lovely staff. Everyone was kind and considerate. Everyone speaks wonderful English as well. His office has state of the art equipment to help further diagnose. My treatment plan consisted of six veneers, a root canal and a crown, a deep cleaning over my six veneers as well as teeth whitening. Dr. Gadea is an artist. He did an amazing job on my six front teeth. He did a fabulous job on my teeth in general. Even the anesthesia the doctor used seemed cleaner than the products they use at my general dentist in North Carolina. I am so grateful for him and his wonderful staff. I am so relieved that I am in network with Dr. Gadea. I will be going back every year that I can because I trust him with his superior artistic skills and his exemplary technical skills.
