I went to Dr Urzola back in April to start My procedure I had my teeth removed and 3 days later I received my temporary teeth it was painless. The staff was great they were all very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. I went back in August when my implants and bone were healed They have the most modern equipment I have ever seen in the USA. The price in NC and SC were extremely expensive and they nickel and dime you til you are broke. The cost of my implants and permanent teeth. The USA only offered a 7-year warranty. With Dr Urzola my cost was at least over 60 per cent cheaper and his office has a lifetime guarantee no matter what happens. Cristina is such a great help in helping you arrange all the questions you may have about hotels you get a discount and a free ride from the airport to your hotel and free transport from the hotel to the doctor's office. Over a year ago I had started treatment in Tijuana Mexico and I was supposed to return in 4 months to have implants and crowns put in. I live in California 2 1/2 hour drive from the border, however, things took a turn for the worse with illegal migration building, criminal retaliation shootings kidnapping and so forth I felt uncomfortable returning. So I went online looking for something comparable, quality work that was affordable, I considered Spain because I had been there several times and was listed, so was Costa Rica and I've always wanted to visit it, then I looked up the top recommendations and decided on Clear Choice. I contacted them and spoke to Gabriel Fallas and they're fluent in both Spanish and English, from the first moment I found him reassuring and helpful. I sent a copy of my X-Ray and we were able to come to terms on treatment and pricing. Upon arrival they picked me up at the airport took me to the hotel and picked me and dropped me off for every appointment including another X-Ray from the pharmacy and back to the airport they even offered me transportation to a beautiful beach 3 hours away. I had extensive work done by Doctor Heiner Cubero and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I had 8 implants 2 molar extractions and bone grafts and 23 crowns using top-quality materials, it was almost pain-free. The Doctor did it in two visits and one day of rest in between. I highly recommend Dr. Jehova Rafa without reservation! I have been at dentists around the world due to an accident I had when I was 11 years old. I had a lot of operations until I was 28 years old, but there were still some things to do on my lower jaw. I was looking for a relatively pain-free and affordable treatment. A dentist in Germany suggested implanting gum from my palate to give my lower jaw more stability. Others from the U.S suggested implants or bridges. All this means destroying additional teeth that are basically still healthy. Dr. Jehova Rafa on the other hand suggested veneers and he corrected four teeth within a week. My wife and I came from Oregon (Aug '23) so she could get 2 implants. We stayed in Yuma with a small dog. They picked us up at our motel (with the dog) and brought us to their office. They worked very professionally, and everything happened as we were told it would and they returned us to our motel. We will be returning for crowns this winter.

I had 2 root canals and 2 crowns they did a great job. 2 teeth were pulled with no pain. Again did a great job. So glad I chose CARE Smile Center. They were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Planning another trip to finish the rest of the work needed on my teeth.

My experience with Prostho Studio was a wonderful experience. I have a fear of dentists and the doctor and his assistant made me very comfortable. I had no pain as I got my numbing injections. I have had my All-On-4 for a YEAR as of today! I waited to do the review because something as major/expensive / life-changing as an ALL-ON-4 isn't something that can honestly be reviewed after just a few days. I was born with Enamel Hypoplasia; that is, my adult teeth didn't have any enamel. I was told when I was a teenager that I would be wearing dentures by the time I was 25. I decided to do my best to take care of what I had - I brushed after every meal, I flossed, etc. My teeth lasted until I was 56! I tried several times to get my teeth fixed in the US (starting in 1989) and the price / procedure kept changing including the first time I started in 1989 and I had already paid the dentist over $5k (in 1989 $). Any how, I visited a few more dentists up here in Texas throughout the years and never got a good feeling for they were going to do for me (price was all the way to $100k with a WHOLE year of warranty). I first reached out to Goodness Dental in 2016 and they were very informative and had me send down a panoramic x-ray of my teeth. I was told that if my gums were in good shape (they are), they recommended an ALL-ON-4 and it would take two trips to Costa Rica 6 months apart. Covid19 finally allowed me the opportunity to travel to Costa Rica in December of 2020 - they yanked all my TEETH!!! For the first couple of days, I was thinking WTF did I just do. They screwed by bottom temporaries in and gave me a set of removeable upper CLOWN teeth (I only wore them for the minimum recommended 1 hour a day as I couldn't talk/chew with them). My family and I travelled back to Costa Rica in June/July 2021 for the permanent teeth. They told me for most it would take a couple of months to get used to it - since I was used to having no teeth for the previous 6 months, it only took me a few days. The procedure has been life changing as I finally have teeth that are super sensitive to things like lemons and other acidic fruits, I can chew without shifting food around from side to side in my mouth, etc. The only thing I would ding Goodness Dental for it there has been no follow-up since I left to see how was I adjusting to my new teeth. Since I haven't had any issues, this hasn't been a big deal to me - but I know others who need the follow up.

I would like to extend my gratitude to the Dental World doctors and staff for their commitment to providing great dental services. As far as my treatment goes, after a thoughtful consideration about the difference orthodontic options, I decided on the Invisalign treatment. I started the treatment back in February 2023 and everything has been running smooth. After the initial evaluation, I received the Invisalign aligners within two weeks. All the aligners were sent to the dentist office by Invisalign. However, the doctor would provide new sets by intervals, more or less every two to three months apart. Within each interval, I would have teeth adjustments (tooth filing) to make small gaps between my teeth to ensure accurate teeth movement. Then, I would continue with the treatment. As of today, I am on the final stages of the treatment, and my teeth and smile look good. In sum, I would definitely recommend the Invisalign treatment at Dental World, plus you can’t beat the prices in comparison to the USA overpriced orthodontic treatments.
