I have had extensive dental work, many crowns. I have been a tooth grinder for most of my life and the many crowns Cesar Ruiz has done for me years ago are still holding strong with no problems. I am 54 and have had enough experience with dentists to know that Cesar cares about and does his work to a high level of excellence.

I had only a few days left in Costa Rica but wanted to get a couple of replacement mouth guards. I used the WhatClinic site and found that Prisma Dental had good reviews and was located nearby. My 14-year-old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Juan and he did an amazing job. She was put solely on local anesthesia during the surgical procedure but Dr. Juan worked fast yet gentle enough for a young person to tolerate the procedure without sedation. He and Dr. Karen as well as their staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Karen also kept in touch via WhatsApp to monitor how my daughter was recovering. When we had some doubts, Dr. Juan did not hesitate to send a 2-minute voice recording on WhatsApp for very clear instructions. Their clinic provides a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental service provider.

I was in Panama and I had tooth pain, called and got an appointment within a couple of days. It was discovered that the tooth was broken in half into. I received a canal lengthening, and bonding as well as cleaning at a great price. I'm glad this happened in Panama and not at home. The bonding came off and it was replaced free of charge with no other issues. The staff are very friendly and respectful as well as the doctor. I think it is worth it to return to Panama for my dental issues.

had the best experience at Ideal Dental Center. I had veneers done here, and I could not be happier with the result. The whole process was so easy, with friendly staff and first-rate dentists. Special thanks to Dr. Guillermo Escamilla, who designed the veneers, and Dr. Gustavo Cruz, who did the work to prepare my teeth and then place the veneers on my teeth. They are a great team, and the whole staff was very professional. I now have the smile I have always wanted. 5 stars all around!
