I needed a full replacement and I was referred to Dr Urzola from a friend. I needed implants and teeth. Urzola's Team are amazing, this organization is top notch starting with Adrian who picks you up and takes you to and from the hotel in a Mercedes- he is amazing! My experience was nothing short of the best. I have already referred several people I have met on my journey to and from Costa Rica! I really love this country. I'm looking at properties there to purchase it's now my 2nd home!

I had a bad cavity that required a root canal and a crown for correction. It was the first time that I had NEVER experienced any pain associated with the procedure during or after! Dr Heiner was really reassuring and recommended the best course of action. The procedure would normally cost me $900 and an additional $1200 for a crown back at home so the price was unbeatable. I would decide to recommend anyone to visit!! 10/10!!!

Seven of my family members and a few coworkers have gone to Dr Calvo for dentistry work. So while my sister was travelling to have work done that she was quoted $31,000 in the USA, I decided to go with her and have some minor work done. I was so amazed how smooth the whole process is. From the second you land at the airport and Olger picks you up, through the initial check-up by Dr Calvo and the estimate to go the work to the work being done for a fraction of the cost of US dentist. Dr Calvo and his staff are very professional, speak fluent English explains everything he can do for you and the price. While having the work done they are caring and gentle. My sisters total price was $3400 compared to the $31,000 estimate she received in the USA. She didn’t need as much as she was told by the US dentist but did receive four root canals and a bridge with six teeth, as well as a deep cleaning. All done within two visits/ two days. Surprisingly she had NO PAIN whatsoever. I just had a deep cleaning, three silver/mercury fillings I got when I was a child replaced, and a whitening treatment and paid right at $500 No pain and now I have the most shiniest teeth that I have had in years. The office is well equipped and very clean. The shopping centre is very nice and clean At the end of the shopping center is a very nice grocery store that has everything you could possibly need. So happy I finally decided to come to see for myself how wonderful Dr Calvo and Olger are. Absolutely the BEST.

We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

Amazing!! And that's an understatement. Everyone from Geovanna who I was in first contact with to Sergio who dropped me off at the airport was top notch professionals and extremely pleasant. The Drs did an amazing job getting my smile back. Without even noticing it I was self-conscious of my smile having used tobacco for 30+ years. They guided me to the best product for me, which was actually cheaper than what we initially agreed on, a sign of an excellent healthcare practice. It was definitely less painful than I thought it would be and did a great job with local anaesthesia, I'm a huge tooth pain wimp. From start to finish could not imagine a better experience. I will be referring my friends, family and patients to use them. I go back in 6 months for the permanent teeth and really looking forward to it. Thanks.
