From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.

It was a very good experience. When they pick me up from the airport, I felt being cared. In the hospital, doctors and nurses were welcoming. Also, the staff from Time Travel was with me during the examination. The operation was very smooth and the healing process was quite fast. All the procedures have been completed without any problem I was informed what to do after I back to my hometown. They are still checking on me frequently. It was such a lovely journey. I’ve recently attended Maxx clinic for rhinoplasty and a breast reduction. I spoke with a lady via WhatsApp, who organised everything and arranged our stay in a lovely hotel which was done so fast and efficiently. When we arrived at the airport we were greeted by translator Derya and transporter Berke and Instantly felt welcomed by both of them. Derya was just amazing, possibly the friendliest and loveliest woman ever. As soon as we got to Turkey, we went straight to the hospital for blood and an x-ray, then transported to our hotel. The following morning I was booked in for my surgery at 9 am. I was picked up first thing in the morning by Derya and Berke and transported back to the hospital. Here I was to meet my surgeon Dr Rehber Marsil to discuss what I wanted to do, I genuinely can’t recommend Dr Rehber enough he has got to be the best surgeon in Turkey. So down to earth and just an all-around great guy, super cool too! After meeting Dr. Rehber, we read and signed over all the documents, paid and went down for surgery. Unfortunately, my partner was getting another procedure done so was unable to come with me however Derya stayed with me leading up to my surgery and wheeled me down, she reassured me and kept me at ease. Woke up from my surgery in my room and again Derya kept me company until my partner came back. The team were just unbelievable from start to finish, always checking up on both me and my partner, ensuring we were ok with everything, including we were happy with the accommodation they’d provided. The surgery went so well, my results were perfect and If I could do it all again I’d choose Maxx Clinic in a heartbeat. I’m so happy with my results, I’m just waiting to find another excuse to fly over and get some more work done with them! Cannot thank each of them for making my first surgery experience so easy.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had my Gastric Sleeve with NewMe Health in August 2023. From the first contact I made to Nesrin, right through to when my driver dropped me back at Antalya the experience was amazing. I had a family member who had previously been to this clinic so I had a good recommendation. I am so glad I chose these guys! The team are amazing! Dr Mani performed my surgery. He is a lovely man and made me feel at ease. The hospital was very comfortable, clean and the nurses were brilliant and caring. Not once did I have to ask for anything, they were on top of everything. Nesrin, Eren and Irmak are wonderful people. It was so comforting to see Eren and Irmak’s faces every day, and they are very helpful! I was so nervous, but would recommend NewMe Health Clinic in a heartbeat.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.

After having three children (all natural births) I felt that my bladder had weakened and my private area needed a rejuvenation. I contemplated and done a lot of research before finding Hylia Health. I was over the moon because the surgeon is female, for some this may not matter but personally, this put me at ease and made me feel more comfortable. Finally, I decided to go ahead and book and I am so glad I did. It has been one of the best choices I have made for myself. I feel much more confident and I can drink liters of water without multiple trips to the toilet. Hylia health where very professional and supportive every step of the way, before and after treatment. They arranged transfers to pick me up from my hotel and drop me back. They have a coordinator who spoke extremely good English and was even able to advise on the best places to go out to eat and do fun activities. Now I'm back in the UK they are still in contact with me via what's app and I can contact them anytime if I have any concerns

I recently had a procedure through this clinic. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team, both before and after surgery. In particular, the post-surgery care far exceeded my expectations. I can contact the team directly through the line chat app and receive extremely prompt responses both from the doctors as well as the clinic staff. I am a dual Australian/Dutch citizen and decided to have otoplasty (ear pinning) done during the summer break while on a research assignment in Greece. I was looking for a highly regarded, highly skilled, English speaking surgeon. After extensive research and reviewing patient comments I came across Dr Karantonis, and decided to book a consultation. Within a minute after me met, I knew he was the right surgeon for me. He made me feel comfortable and has great communication skills. He explained the process involved in a detailed manner and is openly transparent about the potential complications. The surgery was efficient with no complications and I was able to go home same day. Afterwards Dr. Karantonis followed up on a daily basis with multiple check-ins at his office, and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. I could message him anytime of the day or night. The overall experience was extremely positive and considering the cost of procedures in other countries, this is high value for money. I am very satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Dr. Karantonis to anyone considering plastic surgery.

I had hernia surgery in the Coramed Clinic in Wrocslaw, Poland, in June 2022. I was very reassured by the professionalism and empathy of all of the staff at the clinic and would not hesitate to recommend them. The cost of the operation was less than half what I would have paid in Ireland and the clinic was very helpful in organising accomodation and transport options for my stay in Poland.
