I am living in the Dominican Republic. I had breast implants over 20 years ago. At that time only saline implants were legal in the United States. My right implant was getting smaller over time. I assumed it had a small leak. I needed new implants and a lift. Was 60 at the time of my surgery. I researched online several doctors in my area and Santiago. I live on the North shore for about an hour and a half drive to Santiago. Dr Baez answered all my questions and concerns during my Free consultation. He put my mind at ease. We decided to go with smaller implants at the time of surgery. I agreed to let him decide on size depending on how my body would look after removal of larger ones. He continued to answer all my calls and text messages leading up to surgery. The surgery went good. I stayed overnight in the hospital. I did have a few minor complications with anaesthesia. I chose not to do spinal anaesthesia. I would choose spinal in retrospect. Dr Baez was available 24/7 to answer all my concerns after surgery and throughout my healing process. I love my new implants. I feel they are the best size for my figure. My husband loves them as well. My scars are healed and are barely visible. I would highly recommend Dr Baez. I had a tummy tuck, liposuction on love handles and breast lift and implants it was great value for money even with flights and accommodation it was cheaper than a quote for just one of the procedures in the UK. The clinic was fine I was disappointed my partner couldn't be with me but that was due to COVID, not the clinic fault. I shared a room with another English lady and we chatted a lot which helped take my mind off the surgery, it was nice not to be alone. The surgeon was very competent and gave his expert opinion when it came to what procedures and what sizes etc, I think that was important as he knows more than me around expectations. Eveline was great very friendly and informative the transfer package she offered was definitely worth the money. The nurses couldn't speak English but knew all the keywords they were lovely and I felt immensely reassured by them, with their caring gestures. I'm only 5 days after tummy tuck and two days after breast surgery and already feel able to get out and about, checkups have been daily with the surgeon who tells me all is good and I am starting to see how my body will look going forward its early days but I'm pleased so far!
