I travelled from the UK to Istanbul to see Dr Görkem for a face and neck lift and blephoroplasty. The Team is so kind and all speak perfect English. They support you every step of the way and I never had to worry as I could always contact the Team for help and advice. I still speak to them now I'm back home. Dr Görkem was recommended to me by a friend resident in Istanbul who had the same procedures and was all perfect. I had the same experience. The surgery was amazing and Dr Görkem is a top skilled surgeon. The recovery is the swelling and some bruising but it's not painful. I have recommended Dr Görkem to my friends as I fully trust him. Oslem my coordinator was fantastic she answered all my questions and was by my side the whole time. I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

I am so thankful that I found Dr Ebru Unal after searching for weeks. Despite the differences in time zone, she provided fast and very timely responses. She took the time necessary to answer all of my questions and concerns in a thorough manner. I did not feel like she was rushing me in any way throughout this process. She did great working with my schedule as well. I made it there on the 26th; met her on the 27th and had all of my pre-op lab work done, and then had my surgery (Vaginoplasty and fat transfer) on the 28th. From the moment I met her, I knew I was in good hands. I did not feel nervous or anxious, and she made sure the recovery process was as comfortable as a surgical recovery could be. I also had my first treatment for wrinkles and Profhilo injections done by Dr Ebru and am loving the results! Her professionalism and care are top of the line. I am very pleased and satisfied with her work.
