Everyone was extremely professional and very nice. I have been afraid to have my bad veins taken care of for a long time. Hearing horror stories from others, I shuttered at the thought of having them done. Well....much to my Amazing experience there was no pain and my gratitude is unending to cevre Hospital! Grateful. Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were they’re family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. They made my breasts beautiful and now my self-esteem has increased. I was blessed with the entire DR.CINIK team. Now my dream has come true. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I recommend it to everyone who dreams of perfect results like mine.

I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. Rabia has perfect English and the nurses as well as the hotel staff were competent enough in English to help me. I would definitely recommend this team and Aurea Heath Group

Absolutely fantastic service from FlyHealth from my very first enquiry 2 years ago right up until even now 4 weeks post op. (I had to put my surgery back twice and it was no bother for FlyHealth, they accommodated dates around me). Friendly, quick to reply and informative of anything I needed. I am so thankful that I found Dr Ebru Unal after searching for weeks. Despite the differences in time zone, she provided fast and very timely responses. She took the time necessary to answer all of my questions and concerns in a thorough manner. I did not feel like she was rushing me in any way throughout this process. She did great working with my schedule as well. I made it there on the 26th; met her on the 27th and had all of my pre-op lab work done, and then had my surgery (Vaginoplasty and fat transfer) on the 28th. From the moment I met her, I knew I was in good hands. I did not feel nervous or anxious, and she made sure the recovery process was as comfortable as a surgical recovery could be. I also had my first treatment for wrinkles and Profhilo injections done by Dr Ebru and am loving the results! Her professionalism and care are top of the line. I am very pleased and satisfied with her work.

I had the best treatment and I will recommend it 100%. I have received the best care when I was at the hospital. The surgeon and the hospital team were very friendly, they were looking after me and checking on me at all times. The procedure went very well I did not have any pain post-op.
