I chose this doctor as my brother had gone here previously and loved his results! Although,I had asthma and was a little worried about this but after meeting the doctor and the team I was feeling better as I knew I was in safe hands! The surgery went perfect and I had 24/7 aftercare in the hospital which was amazing! The team is also great and very helpful and are always available.

Chanez has been very helpful following my sisters surgery. It is easy to communicate with everyone via WhatsApp chat and also to find help at the front desk. Everyone has been very courteous during our stay.

Then, straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in detail what to expect with an amazing turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill. we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, I was very calm, which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me. I felt very, very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery. I felt absolutely fine. I had septo-rhinoplasty with Dr. Ferhat Ilen 3 months ago and I am very happy with my result. I decided to get surgery because of my serious breathing problem and also I did not like my natural nose shape so I was happy to change it. I researched for a long time and chose Dr. Ilen because he is an ENT with experience in complicated cases, he took my other medical conditions seriously, and he answered all my questions in detail through 2 video consultations even before I made my final decision, his results on Instagram really suited my taste, he is very kind and speaks English well. He explained everything in detail and gave me all the time I needed for all my questions when we had a consultation in his office before the surgery day and did some extra tests to make sure everything would be ok because of my other medical issues. I also appreciate the reasonable price he offered me. Now, 3 months after surgery, I can breathe SOOOO well and I am super happy with the shape of my new nose. I love it! I wish I did it much sooner!
