It wasn't my first surgery in Turkey, I'd had bariatric surgery previously and had lost a lot of weight, I mean a lot of weight. Cue the excess skin and tbh I just felt I looked older, it's great to be skinnier but the wrinkles. A few people had recommended Dr. Burak and I had contacted other clinics and hospitals but they drove me mad, I had to turn off my phone because of all the follow-up calls. They let me take the lead, they let me go at my own pace, lots of information and advice, a free consultation with the surgeon so I could ask questions in detail. He's lovely, very warm and dedicated. I've had my mummy makeover which Dr. Burak I can only say thank you, you will never know how wonderful it is to get my body back. I'm coming back for my face. His team, the clinic, and the booking staff were all lovely and genuine. I've referred my sister and friends to them so I've no issue encouraging anyone else to go. Wish I'd done all this in my 30's not my 40's but hey ho, no regrets.

If I could give 10 stars I would. From the first moment I contacted Fiona, I knew they were the company for me, she had also had the surgery and talked me through the surgery process and life afterwards.

Arriving in Izmir just confirmed everything else, the pre-op tests were amazingly thorough have found out that I have an underactive thyroid and this could account for symptoms I was worried about but fobbed off at home and blamed on my weight. I’d been worried about the language barrier but I’m so grateful for the TrustMed team even though the nurses had limited English, the TrustMed team were there to translate everything for me and my companion. The care they took for my companion went above and beyond, constantly kept my sister up to date and even took my wife’s number to call her at home. They are an amazing team, hardworking and considerate. The aftercare is amazing, rapid response and so insightful.

I highly recommend this wonderful team if you're thinking about having surgery. Looking forward to being a new and healthier me.
