I am an American born Korean, 40 years old F. I travelled to Korea with my mom to get a "mini" facelift and thread lift combo while my mom got a full facelift and fat grafting with Dr. Park at FacePlus Plastic Surgery. I've had a lot of procedures done in the past at other clinics (some in Korea, some in the US), including an endotine forehead lift, upper bleph, rhinoplasty, and thread lifting and my experience with Dr. Park is BY FAR the smoothest and easiest process I've been through. The procedure was completely painless and though I had mentally prepared for a lot of bruising and swelling based on previous work, I experienced NONE with this mini lift (very minimal swelling with my mom). I was shocked at how easy the recovery was!! Honestly, I believe it was due to Dr. Park's careful and gentle treatment. The clinic staff was very helpful and thorough in taking care of us. We even had an English/Korean translator but we didn't need her services since we understand and speak Korean fluently but it was appreciated. As you can see from the photos (first being literally hours after the procedure) to Day 14 (today) post op, there is minimal scarring which is carefully placed within the hairline and almost undetectable once the hair grows out. The subtle lifting of the jowls and tightening of the jawline is exactly what I was going for so I am very pleased with the outcome and the 5-7 years this lift has bought me. I would highly recommend FacePlus and Dr. Park to anyone considering a facelift of any kind.

Dr Renuka Shetty is a very good doctor she is very polite I am happy with the clinic. The doctor is good and staff are very cooperative. I am very much satisfied with the treatment. A few days ago, I had a facelift performed by Professor Somyos Kunachak at Yoskarn Clinic. My main concern was howling along the jawline, and I was wanting a standard lower facelift (mini facelift) done under local anaesthesia. He initially did express some concern that this procedure may not be long-lasting. However, I booked in for the lower facelift and then paid for it on the day of the operation. We had a final consultation just before the procedure, and then he very thoughtfully began his work. A standard lower facelift should have taken around 2 and 1/2 hours, but the professor meticulously operated for over 5 hours. He addressed the jawline, not just superficially, but with some deeper tightening as well. In addition, there was some temple work going on, providing tightening to the cheek/nasolabial area. Everything was done with great care, including closing the wounds and making sure every stitch was perfect. All of the incisions were close to and just above the ear and so are largely hidden. The next day, having realized he put so much effort into the procedure, I requested the staff adjust the fee upwards as I was wanting to pay for his extra work. However, he said he was happy spending a bit longer on it, and did not want any additional payment. Professor Kunachak is definitely a master of his craft and a wonderful person!

Had my chin enhanced with chin filler for a more V-shape face and slimmer jawline. I like the results! Fast, fuss-free and subtle yet noticeable. Dr. Cheong has a good aesthetic interpretation.
