I had a skin review with Sara. She was a minefield of knowledge. She genuinely wanted to help. She was able to give me a treatment plan to help give me my confidence back in my skin. I didn't once feel she was overselling which is a huge thing. She dealt directly with what she knew I needed. She was very efficient to follow up and ensure I knew I had support if I have any questions.

By coincidence I met Dr Juliah. My face was very blochy and crusty dry patches as it has been for many years. Dr Juliah recommended that I should try Exobalm Cream. At first I was reluctant as I had been to several dermatologists over many years with no positive results but luckily I changed my mind and went to her clinic. After one week the Exobalm Cream had improved my skin so much it was incredible. Four weeks later the skin on my face is still improving and my face no longer has the burning feeling Dr Juliah is very caring and really makes you feel at ease.

I attended Doctor Torun Clinic and had a checkup. I had a Blood Test and Doctor Torun phoned me with the results and explained them to me. Doctor Torun is a very pleasant doctor and she was very generous with her time. I would Highly Recommend her Practice. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming.

I went to The Ailesbury Clinic after being disappointed by another high profile clinic for a sagging neckline issue. I was amazed at the first FREE consultation with a lovely registered nurse Rebecca that although I wasn't a suitable candidate for Elexis, they are so honest not money grabbers she actually brought me through to the lovely Patrick himself! he assessed me and gave me hope. Then COVID! I got a call from Ailesbury after that and went in again to see if threads would work. Elexis would have been an option with threads but I have a titanium implant in my shoulder so that ruled that out. Patrick again came in he's just so kind and genius with his time and discussed with Dr.Kielty on other options I've never seen such effort put in. When Patrick even went to dig out an older version called Polaris there was no consent form - No stopping him there .....he called me into his office and gave me the number of a specialist in this area who does Not Advertise...he turned down money said no point if it wasn't going to give me the results I wanted. This is rare in society now. I had 2 visits the staff were wonderful (thanks Marie also) and I will go back in a heartbeat as there are no gimmicks, videos or brochures promising the sun, moon and stars and would recommend them to anyone. Another fantastic surprise despite the prestige I was also amazed that the prices were within anyone's reach and some "Skin Clinics" ask more. I can see how much you really care and your success is not just down to your brilliance as an Aesthetic Doctor but Supreme Customer Service. I have to supply a price paid I will emphasise I paid just my expenses getting to the clinic

I had a facial done and absolutely enjoyed every moment of it! Looking forward to my next appointment.
