She put me at ease throughout the whole process from the initial enquiry to being discharged from hospital and then leaving the city. Thank you Alfa Health! Being overweight has always been a huge problem for me. I couldn’t wear what I wanted, I couldn’t socialize. I’ve heard about gastric balloon but had too many questions to ask and I couldn’t find anyone to answer. Then this guys came along. They answered all my questions about the whole process. Thanks to their help, I decided to go for it. I’m so glad that I got to meet these guys. They were so kind, helpful and professional. They organized everything and informed me about every little details. All I had to do was being there; the rest has been taken care by them. Elipse gastric balloon process was much easier than I’ve expected. It took around 20 minutes. They also gave me a smart scale and smartwatch that connected to the Allurion app. Their nutritionist is always there to help me and I can get information whenever I want to.
