I am so happy that choose SAM Patient Services, they offer and do deliver excellent service. In fact they have exceeded my expectations. From the very first communication, representative Berfin, was my rock and got me through this process. Arranging Transfer to/from airport in the private car, checking in and out of the hotel, arranging accompanying me in every singe appointment in clinic and offering translation when needed and making sure I was taken to the room and meeting my Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and the Anaesthetist, and even visiting me in hospital bringing me water and juices, displaying care and attention. My every single question was answered before and after. I felt confident all the way. If I ever need another procedure, I will most definitely will use SAM Patient Services again and again.

Everything went amazing with the surgery. Sezin and Dr Metin Karadeniz were amazing. Kept informed the whole way. 9 weeks post op and 16 kg down.

What can I say but Wow clincton is an amazing company. Our representative was Seline and she was so kind, supportive and patient with my daughter and I. My daughter had an operation too and Seline even scrubbed up and went into the operating room with her as she was so nervous. This meant she missed lunch and was at the hospital for hours with her. She was always on call and got all our answers immediately. So kind to us both and Bella and appreciate her so much. The surgeons for both mine and Bella were absolutely brilliant. My result was so natural and I feel and look ten years younger. My daughter’s surgery was done a by an expert with. Perfect results I can thank you Seline and the whole team at Clincton. I highly recommend this company in Turkey.

The nurses were always courteous and helpful at all times. Great care and the doctor did an excellent job too. The all-around care is particularly positive for me.

I have been searching for the right clinic for a long time. I finally found the place that could understand my wishes and give me reassurance about my questions. I had a tummy tuck surgery 5 months ago. The JFS Clinic was impeccable and the care was 11 /10. Where do I even begin? 5-star service right from the initial talking stage. Cisil was an absolute saint when it came to my non-stop questions, she really sympathised with my worries and was very generous with her knowledge and explained everything bit by bit. I had a moment in the taxi when we were picked up from the airport where I just thought, “What the hell are you doing? Why are you going to a foreign country to have a drastic surgery?!” (I think we all did). But the moment we met Lyann at the hospital, shown around the hospital, getting registered to being taken to our room, I knew I had made the right choice. The hospital was pristine, the nurses extremely tentative and when translation failed in areas, google translate and Lyann really helped us. Our room was spacious, the bathroom spotless and my goodness the shower was too good, the water pressure was amazing! Just wanted you needed after a long journey by plane and car… or major surgery! I was nervous the entire time, I kept questioning myself, some appointments with the various doctors were a little bit of a whirlwind but I think that is just how it is done in Turkey! Everything is very fast-paced, sometimes you had to jog to keep up with twinkle toes Lyann. Any questions you might have had Lyann was there to answer them, what I found more reassuring than anything was the fact Lyann herself had had the exact same surgery 5 months prior. She knew every step of how you were feeling before and after and what I can never thank her for more than anything is the ease of mind she gave my partner. Who is a worry gutter and hates not knowing what is going on. I am now 4 weeks post-op, the care I have had from everyone at Gastrolife has just been outstanding from the start. I can’t fault anything they have done, they have truly been such a support through this journey. They know this is a life-changing step, they know this is the biggest thing you will ever do in your life, and they want to be there for you, cheering you on. Thank you for saving me Gastrolife.

I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr.Durukan. I had an amazing experience, to say the least! I travelled from Ireland to Izmir and from the moment I arrived at the moment I left I could not have felt more at home. My driver Teoman collected me from the airport when I arrived, he was so friendly and welcoming, he talked me through what was going to happen in the next couple of days and was full of chat. When we arrived at the hotel he checked in for me and made sure everything was all okay, he is such a gentleman. Also, the hotel staff were wonderful and the hotel was nice and clean and modern. Teoman told me to text him if I had any problems at all, he texted me most days to make sure I was okay and to see if I needed anything. He collected me the morning after I arrived in Izmir to bring me to the hospital where he introduced me to my translator Nehir. She was phenomenal throughout the whole experience I don't know what I would have done without her she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay and answered any questions I had throughout. There was one night after my surgery when I was in my hotel and I had a question for my surgeon about something and within 5 minutes of texting Nehir she had me on a video call with my surgeon and herself to answer my questions and put me at ease. I was so happy to know that there were people there to support me and answer any of my questions whenever and wherever. Last but not least my surgeon Dr.Durukan was absolutely amazing. I met him at first in my consultation and I knew then that I was ready to put all of my trust in him. We were on the same page about everything that I wanted to be done and he clearly explained to me everything that he was going to do before I went into surgery. After the surgery Dr, Durukan was so supportive he really does go above and beyond with all of his patients, I know from my experience that they are definitely his number one priority. I am so grateful for Dr.Durukan and his team I cannot recommend them enough! I know surgery can be very overwhelming and daunting and choosing the right surgeon is a very difficult decision but you can rest assured that with Dr.Durukan and his team you are in great hands and have 24/4 support. Thank you Dr.Durukan and your team my experience was definitely 10/10. I am over the moon with my result so far it is everything I wanted and more.

I had a BBL, and I'm thrilled with the results. My procedure took place one week ago today, and I feel fantastic. Throughout the entire procedure, from being picked up at the airport to being left off when it was time to return home, the crew in Izmir made me feel very comfortable. I didn't receive any recommendations for this company; I found it on my own. Based on how wonderful and welcoming they have been, I won't hesitate to return in the future. Huge thanks also to Nazli, the translator, who has been incredibly helpful and has gone above and beyond to assist both my partner and I. Once again, I would want to thank the nurses and other crew members. Had the best experience ever and cant wait to be back!

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

I had gastric sleeve surgery on 26 January 2023. I was obese on the BMI scale, however my reason for the surgery was arthritis pain in my knees and fibromyalgia. The whole experience was fantastic from the initial communication through to today. All staff I came into contact with were extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I am no longer classed as obese nor overweight on the BMI scale and my arthritis and fibromyalgia do not bother me daily anymore. It was, and continues to be, the best decision I have made for myself.

I had my Gastric Sleeve over 3 months ago, everything went really smoothly. Very professional and fast. As soon as I came to the clinic, a lot of blood test were done straight away. After surgery I received all the papers even with translation to English and my GP is happy with this, as also the analysis plan after surgery for the next year. I see it very professional. This surgery has made a massive difference for my future. If anyone is thinking about getting this surgery done at Dr Han I would 100% recommend this and you will definitely not regret this in any way.

The Medifema clinic is the only clinic that responded. I went on 20 August to look at the possibilities and on 22 August they did the breast implant, a facial correction and on the 29th the are looking at my varicose veins. So, one clinic is taking care of all my requests.
