Enes sat with me in the waiting area and talked to me for a long while. I was grateful for how honest and sympathetic he was. The whole team was always there to address any concerns or questions I had, responding immediately and with genuine care. From the moment I was picked up from the airport to the moment I was dropped off, every aspect of my experience was seamless and pleasant. There were no disappointments, only exceeded expectations at every turn. 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. I can honestly say my experience was great. From the drivers who pick me up from the airport to the nurses who took care of me post-op was all excellent. I'm 5 weeks post op and I love my results so far. I attempted other surgery centres in İstanbul and Surgero was the best... I honestly couldn't explain in words how happy I am with the work and the amount of professionalism I have received from Dr Ferhat and his staff. I've come from London and I've tried to get under eye filler for a while but I've always been told it would take a few treatments to get rid of the under darkness, and Dr Ferhat literally made me feel so comfortable and in one go he has given me EXACTLY what I wanted, pain-free!
