Hi you guys! Like most, I've always wanted VSG since 19 when I stepped foot on my college campus. Everyone else was relatively slim and then there was me 215 lbs at 5'3. Fast forward to 2020. I'm now 22 and have a stable job and insurance (BCBS of AL) with no kids or spouse. In 2018, I ended up losing 60 lbs from 210 lbs and got down to 159 lbs, but I only managed to keep 10 lbs off. As of today I am 200 lbs and my BMI is 36.7. I’m sick of the yo-yo dieting and I decided to have surgery. I’ve had a lot weight loss. I started my journey when I sent my 1st WhatsApp, I had thought about getting it done for over a year, my gynaecologist recommended that I get it done. So I looked up the best places in Istanbul. Two of my friends had got their sleeve here and had fantastic results so I sent a message on WhatsApp. From the minute I did I was given the best advice, told every single detail of what was involved, it was outstanding. Every single time I messaged I was never waiting more than 2 or 3 minutes for an answer. I went over, a driver picked me up straight away from the airport. I went to the most beautiful 5* hotel to relax the night before. Then picked up the next morning by my driver and brought to the hospital. The nurses and doctors were just so nice and welcoming from start to finish. I got my sleeve the day after I arrived. I was walking around that night not a bother. I was so positive going because I knew 2 people who had we t before me, that's a massive thing, be positive and everything will be fine. I just want to share I had a gastric sleeve on 2nd June 2022 . Arrived home 5th June. Start weight 17stone 2 horrific as I am 5foot 1. Wow what an excellent experience. I was nervous but my assistant Deniz and driver Rustu made every fear disappear straight away. Rustu even shared his own personal experience of sleeving which was commendable. Pre op checks unbelievable, lung expert, cardiologist, scans, ct scan, xrays blood tests much more than I feel would happen in the UK hospitals. My surgeon and his team are fantastic and the aftercare team can't thank enough. Nurses down to the cute ladies who clean the rooms. Thank you also to Eren the dietitian your advice is simple and clear. Cleanliness- 100% professionalism- 100%. My Turkish is rubbish and I was ashamed to say this .... everyone's English was spot on (I will try to learn for my next visit I promise)! If they said I had to do it again tomorrow I would be on the next flight. Easy, uncomplicated and 100% care on the highest level. Thank you all so so much and excited to reverse diabetes and feel human again. Forever grateful to the clinic in Antalya. Thank you Dr Mani and Dr Nurallah, you are the best of the best!! I had gastric sleeve surgery on the 18th of January 2023. From the moment of booking to all the way after my surgery, I can not fault the service provided by Dr Cenk, Sevim, and the whole team at Anadolu hospital. The instructions and guidance pre and post surgery were clear and the communication by sevim was first class. I travelled alone and was put to ease. The nurses were so caring. Sevim went out of her way to make sure my flight back to the UK was smooth and easy ( booked wheelchair service, highly recommended). Dr Cenk and all staff members treated me with respect and dignity. I am 6 weeks post op and have lost 11kg. Highly Highly recommended Dr Cenk and his team. I recently had gastric sleeve surgery at BHT clinic and I had a great experience. From getting picked up from the airport and taken to the hospital, which is like a five star hotel, to the professionalism of the translator, the nurses 24/7 care and the surgeon checking on me every day after the surgery. I really couldn’t fault it. I had my own room with bathroom and I could even take a companion if I wanted to ( they just would have had to pay for their flight). There was food service and they even provided assistance in the airport on my return home. I would definitely recommend it and I am considering it for plastics after I reach my weight goal.

Dr Osman was very nice and professional, and the nurses took great care of me and were lovely. I had a lovely clean spacious private suite. I'm 10 days post-op after having my Gastric sleeve with Dr Yoldas, I am so glad I have gone ahead with my decision. My constant battle with my weight and not feeling good about myself and aching bones, backache and Poor Asthma. I have been going to the gym the past 4 few months and was feeling really energetic and tried fasting which I knew wasn't going to be a lasting effect.
