The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Medical treatment was phenomenal and very thorough. All staff were professional and friendly and extremely helpful. I was put at ease at every stage and had no fears.

I'm writing this comment from home on day 6 of my surgery. I would like to say that I was very scared when I decided to have the operation, but when I arrived in Istanbul and got into the vehicle that was supposed to take me to the hospital, I felt very safe. When I arrived at the hospital, my translator was waiting for me and helped me settle into my room. Before my operation, all the necessary tests were carried out, x-rays were taken and my heart was examined. It was like an investigation was being conducted. The next morning Dr. visited me. Cem with my translator, answered all my questions and encouraged me to have the operation. He is both a very good doctor and very professional. After the operation, I had some pain but they gave me enough painkillers. After a few hours, I was able to walk and move around the hospital on my own. After the hospital the vehicle took me to my hotel, everything was ready for me and the hotel was very nice. I stayed in the hotel for two nights. A WhatsApp group was set up with a nutritionist, a doctor and a translator and I was immediately given all the necessary information. I'm home now and can say my surgery went great. I had my surgery ten days ago and this was so easy no pain and I started to walk immediately after the operation 5 days later I started to work again but you do not have to wait, after 5 days you can start to work again. Now I lost weight and this continues. I feel happy since then.

Very pleased with cataract surgery in Izmir. Everything went as the plan suggested. Met at airport, from there on in contact with me until final assessment. Picked up dropped off and escorted through all clinic visits. Clinic so clean, very thorough, and everything explained to me. So supportive. Very pleased with outcome. The hotel was fabulous. I can now see to drive and read, something I havent been able to do for some time. Anyone considering this route for surgery is welcome to contact me. Thank you SAM patient services.

12.5/10 - Fantastic Experience, Great Coordinator, Nurses and Hospitality staff! Asuman is the greatest coordinator! I went to turkey to have gastric sleeve surgery (weight loss option). My coordinator was the nicest, respectable, reliable, politest, generous, helpful, kind, pro-active, efficient person I've ever met! (besides the women in my family) overall great/perfect coordinator. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from start to end in which I am extremely grateful for. I stayed in the Radisson Blue hotel which was amazing, clean, lovely views, good lighting with 5 stars customer service. I stayed in turkey for 8 nights and checked into Medical Park Hospital on the 2nd day in which all my medicals such as blood tests, scans etc was taken. The next day was surgery day, I was greeted in the morning by the surgeon who was very polite, kind and professional, he talked me through everything. After the surgery going very well, I was left in care with the nurses who were very very attentive, kind, warming and hard working. Even though I was in a lot of pain and frustrated after the surgery, the nurses understood and were very helpful and were very kind and very respectful. My hospital room was spacious clean, stylish and comfortable. After spending a couple of days recovering in the hospital I returned back to the hotel where I was greeted by Rana and other nurses who were all extremely lovely, helpful and all had great/positive energy. Overall I would rate this Gastric Sleeve experience 12.5/10. Thank you.

Antalya is safe, the clinic is highly equipped and clean. Medhera and her team are very professional and friendly. All the staff were very professional and helpful at every moment. They had time for all kinds of questions and needs. All the patients who were there when I was in surgery were coming from all over the USA. My sleeve gastrectomy was performed successfully. I feel very good now, thank you for everything.

Right from enquiring about this surgery the clinic has been immensely helpful and communication has been great. The surgery went well and aftercare was 5* I felt at ease & comfortable throughout. Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

The Medifema clinic is the only clinic that responded. I went on 20 August to look at the possibilities and on 22 August they did the breast implant, a facial correction and on the 29th the are looking at my varicose veins. So, one clinic is taking care of all my requests.

I arrived Wednesday 15th June for gastric sleeve on my own was feeling very nervous but was put at ease from start to finish. Now at hotel waiting to get a flight home in the morning.

I have just had a gastric sleeve fitted here at this hospital on 24/6/22. DR MANI, and all the hospital staff absolutely fantastic. I could not wish to go to a more friendly, efficient hospital. Beautiful smiles all the time on staff's faces, from surgeons, nursing staff, cleaners. Medication always on time, constantly check on you. I'd definitely go back there. Ask them anything, and they will answer or find out for you straight away. Have own driver, he is fantastic to, will also take you anywhere. This hospital very highly recommended you won't regret it. Thank you all of you. On to be a new lady now. Doing very well. My weight loss in 7 days is now 1 stone exactly.

I would like to Thank You So Much for everything, to the Global Health and BookingSurgery. My coordinator was amazing and answered all questions and doubts, the support was incredible. Because even though my surgery is done, she made herself available if I need any support. I had such an amazing experience during my stay in the Optimed International Çorlu Hastanesi. I had Dr Ali Tardu as my surgeon and he was amazing, very attentive, and checked on me regularly. I can say that I had fun during my stay. All the staff that worked on the 6th floor, Nurses and Housekeepers that were in contact were amazing, friendly, kind, caring and patient. It felt like home. The only "negative" thing was with the kitchen staff from the hospital, not negative but they were not prepared for people with gluten intolerant and vegan. That was mentioned in advance before I booked the surgery and when I arrived at the hospital. With me it was not a big problem because I was not eating but my friend is gluten intolerant and they kept giving her food with gluten, I mentioned it to the staff and they gave her an alternative but not much. The other negative thing was that they did not understand one of my allergies, I mentioned to my coordinator that I have allergies to latex before I booked the surgery and I also mentioned in the hospital when I arrived, but kept using latex gloves during all stay, the only time that did not used was during the surgery because I see them with the latex free gloves and they kept saying no latex.

There are very few clinics left that you can trust. One of them is JFS. I congratulate the founder, doctors, and employees for their ethical behaviour. Many of my friends had surgery in Turkey. I was going to give up going when I heard about their bad experiences. Later, I made my decision with courage. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Izmir is wonderful, sunny weather, sea. After the surgery, I said that I wanted to take a tour of the Virgin Mary in Ephesus. They organised it immediately. Thank you for everything.

I had a gastric sleeve last week. Everything was great, all hospital staff was there for me, they took care of me and were by my side every time I needed them. The room was great, and cleaning was done every day.

Last days I had gone through with my gastric sleeve. Before that, I had suffered from different health issues. The main reason that I was an obese man that promoted pain in my joints, and that's why I was not performing well in all my daily routine. Furthermore, most of the time, I felt insomnia. But now, apart from weight loss, I have observed many changes in my routine. I sleep on time now. That is a very good sign of a healthy life, and I lost around 17 kg. I am living a healthy life now that all that I wanted.
