The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Had a Gastric sleeve performed and didn't know what or how will I feel the aftermath. It's important to note the care of the consultant (Damla) who ensured that I was well received and everything must be smooth throughout my stay in Istanbul. Then met Tanya and took me through everything to be done on the day until the operation. Dr Derici did a splendid job and the nutritionist all played their roles with care & how my lifestyle will be like going forward. Two nights spent at the hospital was such a wonderful experience since the nurses did their best to take care of me and even went beyond expectations by translating with phones to ensure I understood what was happening and ensured I was relaxed. In overall, my experience was awesome & worth it!!!

I went with Apera on the 20th May 2022 for a Gastric sleeve. To be fair I cannot fault the service. The staff was very attentive. My interceptor in the hospital was such a lovely woman and the surgeon is so cool down to earth and caring. He even kept me an extra night to make sure my health was fully stable and that I could keep down the shakes, which I appreciate. I am very happy I decided to do this journey with Apera, knowing I had support going to turkey and after support after the surgery.

I had my gastric bypass surgery a month ago and I've already lost 2 stones! As someone who has been trying to lose weight for years it's already been an amazing journey. I am very happy. Started to see the results. Very happy with my decision so far even though there are 7 stones to go. The Clinic Center team was very helpful from the beginning encouraging me to exercise and diet as well. I continue the process under the control of a nutritionist and I am very excited to see what will happen next.I would like to thank all the team who were with me and Dr. Balta for being so professional and caring all the time.

Hello everyone, I come from near Munich/Germany and would like to share my experience with you. On February 14th, 2024 I had my long-awaited operation (tummy tuck, liposuction) I was in contact with lovely Dilek for a year because I had been thinking about going this route for a long time. Dilek was ready for every question throughout the year and always had an answer for me very quickly. I compared many clinics in advance and all of them required an immediate decision. Nevertheless, I continued to be in contact with Dilek. She seems very understanding and patient to me, which is why I decided on Vanity. When I arrived in Turkey, dear Murat took over as my patient coordinator and was always on-site or available to me via WhatsApp. He looked after me just as understanding and relaxed as I was used to. As a result, I didn't feel at all like a stranger. My operation went well. Dr. operated on me. Algan. Despite all my fears, Dr. Algan felt like, on a human level, the best doctor I had the pleasure of meeting. You can throw all the German doctors in the bin next to him. Of course, I had fears and doubts, but Dr. Algan could take it back from me with a clear conscience. He is very cool, easy-going and relaxed and that gives me the feeling of being in really good hands. I felt like I was visiting a good friend. Only plus points for this doctor!! I don't think anyone else could have done it like him!! It's been a week since my operation and my wounds are healing very well. Every day I feel better and every day I am happier when I can look at myself in the mirror. ‍ I don't normally write reviews. I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

Ich bin nun das zweite mal bei Clinics United gewesen und bin mal wieder super zufrieden. Der Berater Cenk vor Ort hat sich super um uns gekümmert und auch Fahrer Kubilay hat uns abgeholt und hin und hergefahren. Cenk hat sogar keine Mühe gescheut, mit uns Antalya zu erkunden und sich Zeit genommen, nach einem Arztbesuch die Klippen zu besichtigen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

My new life has started. From start to finish. I have nothing but positive words. Irem has been fantastic. From meeting us at the hospital to waving us goodbye at the hotel. She has made a stressful process so easy. Dr Belen was fantastic - a professional, respectful and personable human being. I was operated by Dr. Karadeniz on 13/12/2021. I had a gastric sleeve since then I've lost half my weight. (Starting weight 121kg now 59kg). I received a very friendly welcome and was treated very well. My translator was Sezen, she is such a great and loving person and explained everything to me very well. I'm so glad I made this decision. Dr Karadeniz gave me a new life I would do it again anytime! Thanks alot!

My experience with Clinichub has been great from start to finish! 😊 I struggled with my weight for all my life and finally decided that do something about it and started researching weight-loss surgeries and came across the gastric sleeve. So I started my enquiry with Clinichub, chatting with my lovely Coordinator and had a consultation, my surgeon, before booking my surgery! My coordinator made sure that I knew everything about the process, what to expect, how to prepare myself, etc. Then I booked my flights, packed and was mentally ready to do this for myself so I could lose this excess weight that was holding me back from enjoying many things in life. I arrived at the airport late at night, the driver was already waiting for me and escorted me to this 5-star hotel, my room was very neat and clean. There was an amazing breakfast buffet which I was not able to ENJOY ☹ as I was already on my fluid diet. Anyways, I was informed by my coordinators about the plan for the day. I got up and get ready for the tests and was taken to the hospital by the driver. I finally I met Asuman in the hospital who had been helping all through my booking process and she guided me in there as well and made sure everything went well super smoothly. The dietitian was also amazing, she explained a lot of things to me made sure everything was clear about my diet and brought me my supplements to use later. I also got to meet other patients who were having surgery on the same day as me which helped lessen my anxiety, you know seeing other people go through the same experiences and supporting each other. I met my surgeon prior to my surgery, and he was very kind and gave me confidence that everything would go well. He also made sure I felt comfortable and cared for afterwards. The nurses were lovely and very attentive. Even though I was in pain in my first day, pain relief was provided, they helped me walk and felt so much BETTER after taking my first shower, relieved and renewed. By the time I got discharged, I was feeling so good like I haven’t even had surgery and I kept thinking “WHY HAVE I DELAYED THIS FOR SO LONG?” So overall, I was impressed with the quality of the service and even though I was nervous to travel by myself, I felt comfortable and welcomed during my whole stay. So MASSIVE THANK YOU to Clinichub for the journey and my doctor, all the coordinators, nurses, drivers, hotel staff! I’ll be definitely back for my tummy and referring my family and friends 😊

Right from enquiring about this surgery the clinic has been immensely helpful and communication has been great. The surgery went well and aftercare was 5* I felt at ease & comfortable throughout. Even afterwards the team have been there for any queries I have had. I’m currently 19 weeks post-op (mini bypass) and 37kg down so far 😁

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

I contacted Fatih Ozturk on a recommendation from a friend. Fatih organised everything from start to finish. All I needed to do was book my flights. The hospital and the team could not do enough for me very helpful. I went for gastric sleeve surgery, naturally I was a little weary. As soon as I met Fatih and got checked into the hospital I was at ease. The only word to describe it would be seamless. Thank you Fatih.

I am very happy that I chose this clinic. The staff is incredible, and you feel taken care of. Everything felt professional, very thorough sampling and testing. The staff speak excellent English, and if any of them weren't quite sure, they used an app for translation. if I have to find something that could be better, I would have liked the hospital to have more adaptation for patients in particular, e.g. handles on the wall in the bathroom, disabled toilet and shower. I would have also liked a walking chair to use for the first few days. it is important to get up and moving and I could have done that faster with a walking chair. Incredibly good that my friend got to stay in my room and also get several meals a day, included in the price. I would also have liked a little faster refilling of painkillers in the first few days, then I would have gotten on my feet faster. I travelled from Sweden and the clinic had transfer from and to the airport, included in the price. I really recommend this clinic!
