I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a seamless journey from the airport to the hotel and to the clinic. The whole process went exceptionally smoothly, thanks to an amazing team who really went above and beyond. The level of helpfulness and friendliness of the team was remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. I was at the clinic for a dental implant (single stage) and I must say that the doctors demonstrated a high level of competence. Their expertise and professionalism was evident throughout the procedure. I am really pleased with the overall experience and positive outcome of the dental implant. Without hesitation, I would recommend this service to anyone who may be in doubt or looking for exceptional care. Many thanks to the entire team for making my visit memorable and satisfying. Overall, it went well. My teeth are still healing, but I would imagine that it might take some time before I'm back to 100%. The procedure was quick and painless. The representative was very attentive and took care of scheduling and transportation in a very professional way. Overall, your staff were very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Here are a few suggestions you should consider to improve if you want to be a 5 star provider: 1. Please ask for any preexisting conditions that may make the operation risky before getting the patients to come for the operation. Asking these questions when the patient has traveled thousands of miles is very late. 2. Give the patients typed instructions about post op medication and care. Giving oral instructions is not good. 3. Please give detailed invoices with what procedure was done and on which teeth because some patients need to claim them for insurance. Simply writing "implant" is not enough. 4. For dental implants, follow up with dental post op emails, not hair transplant emails. 5. Please select nicer hotels. The hotel I was put in was at best a 2 star hotel, not a 5 star. The rooms reeked of cigarette smell. I would have gladly paid extra to be in a better hotel if that option was available. I hope you'll take my feedback as constructive suggestions and not criticism.

I recently returned from having 4 implants and bone graft with Dr Volkan. His clinic was outstanding, very clean, modern and everyone was very kind and helpful towards me. The reason I choose Dr Volkan was because he spoke to me personally and not an assistant or middle person. He explained by WhatsApp and by video call the options I could have to give me perfect teeth once I sent him an x-ray and pictures of my current teeth. I’m now in the healing process for 4 months and can’t wait to get back to finish off and see the final result.

I thoroughly recommend A-dent. I m a dental tourist from London and picked A-Dent as their manager Honor took the time to talk me through the whole procedure on the phone, gave me good advice and put me at ease. When i arrived they sent a car to pick me up from my hotel to take me to the clinic. I had a before-xray, consultation, filling and clean and polish from the cosmetic dentist and an extraction and 2 implants from the dental surgeon followed by an after -xray. All was pain free and they did their best to make me feel comfortable. I was in and out in less than 2.5 hours. And a car took me back via a pharmacy to collect my prescription for pain killers and mouthwash (i already had antibioics) Now 2 days later I have no pain and things are healing well. I have to return in 3 months to have the crown fitted and will definitely try and use A Dent for all future dental work.

I've left this review to give time for healing and ensure there were no problems. I had my treatment at the beginning of October. I needed my teeth fixed as they were in a poor way. I had composite bonding and three implants. The modelling was intensive and time consuming but the Dentist took pride and his time to ensure that my teeth were perfect. It took between 10 and 13 hours of work. The implants took an hour with two surgeons. So good was the work, I will return every six months for an examination as we would in Britain. I am looking for ongoing treatment with a trusted, experienced dental practice. This one fits the bill perfectly. Our NHS is shot, so now I am pleased to say that I shall have an ongoing relationship with Ozgur Yildrim. The team is small, personal and professional and I would have no hesitation but to recommend. They are trustworthy which is important when you are handing over large sums of cash. This is necessary if you want to avoid a massive 10% credit card charge. The equipment is modern and new. The Dentist is a teacher in his field and well qualified. Dear Tulay, the coordinator, is well adversed in English, truthful, supportive and extremely organised and dedicated. The team is small, friendly and personal. They go beyond their remit. No problems have manifested since the treatment and I look forward to having some additional implants and crowns placed in the next few months. My partner and I recently visited the Dent Medica centre from the UK and cannot praise the facilities, staff and entire process highly enough. We would really like to thank Dr Kubra, her Dental Technician, Sarah (overseas client operations manager) and the lovely welcoming reception staff. The process commenced approximately a month before our visit to Bodrum and began with a very friendly and informative remote meeting. All potential treatments and costs were discussed and the booking process was extremely easy. The treatments we had consisted of a crown, filling, and whitening. Collection from our hotel and return journey was arranged at no extra cost. The cleanliness of the centre was second to none and the modern equipment far exceeds many UK dentists. The scan for the crown was completely electronically, sent to a nearby lab where a 3D print was made and ready for fitting two days later. The aforementioned team work so well together, ensuring that you are made to feel at ease and are in expert hands. They are also extremely flexible and will arrange for additional treatments if required on examination. However, I must add that Dr Kubra will only do what is best for the client and will not undertake any unnecessary treatments. If I am to be honest we were a little nervous regarding having dental treatment abroad but I cannot recommend Dent Medica enough and we will definitely return.

The smile makeover I received here is something I can't stop talking about. The dentists are truly artists. My smile has never looked this impressive, which boosted my confidence and the compliments just keep coming!

After much research online, and speaking with collegues and specialists, I recently visited Turkey for surgical treatment at the ASV Medical in Antalya. I received periodontal treatment and bone graft surgery under the excellent supervision of head dentist Dr. Binnur. They fully understood my surgical requirements and positively encouraged any questions I had so they could be sure of my specific needs. From meeting me at the airport to helping arrange my hotel and all transfers to their clinic, the service they provide was outstanding and I would be hard pushed to find such personal care and attention here in the U.K. Being able to stay in the beautiful and charming Kaleici Old town, was the ideal convalescence during my stay. I look forward to returning in a few months to see how my healing has faired and preperations for the next stage of my dental work.

The treatment was amazing I really loved the results on my teeth they were broken and on an incline before but after they made them straight and fixed I am so happy with the results as they have fixed my smile also. the staff was so helpful and spoke English so there was no miscommunication and they made my teeth just as I had asked. The clinic was spotless. Lovely staff who put my mind at ease. I actually didn't realise that my procedure had been all done as all I felt was a little discomfort, I had all my own teeth removed a bone graft, two sinus lifts, also a cyst that was found on the X-ray that had to be cut out and treated, and the all on six implants on my top jaw and six implants on the bottom. Temporary teeth are fine but I can't wait to go back for my proper ones. I'm so excited.
