I came to Clinic Prime in Istmarinal and met Ali, he was so helpful and friendly. Ali explained all the details and walked me through all steps throughout the process during my dental treatments. I am at the first stage of having all on four implants. I have just returned to the UK and it is early days to honest. The people at Westdent were very good to me and I was made very welcome and at ease. My upper jaw is fine but my lower jaw is still very tender. I am not able to wear the lower jaw temporary denture because of this. I hope it improves soon. I am looking forward to going back to have the permanent teeth fitted.

I have just had some crowns & implants fitted by Dr Cem! I travelled from London for treatment! It was all very easy to organise the work was done with no issues & I have great results! the cost was half of what it would have been in the UK! I had 2 implants done, an extraction and a bone graft/sinus lift on my upper jaw at the back of my mouth. They first gave me an x-ray and then a consultation on the work that needed to be done. I was very surprised at how quickly and efficiently they were in completing the treatments I needed. Definitely value for money. I was very impressed with the place, very clean as expected and they were using all the up-to-date equipment on their customers. The whole procedure was done like clockwork from entering the building initially then to fill in certain paperwork, xrays, pictures taken, consultation, treatment and then given medication and be on your way. No sitting down waiting on certain things, you was literally in one thing and then moved onto the next stage (well impressed with their system) I was then back in a few days later for a precautionary check-up. Can't wait to be back in around 5 months' time for my new crowns. Accommodation by them was a nice hotel too. From Vahap the translator/customer coordinator explained the process step by step, to the doctors who were very professional in their work and anil the driver who transferred you to n from the airport, hotel and clinic I can't thank you all enough. I know I'd make the right choice going with the pearl clinic. See you in the summer.

Hello, my name is Janice and I’m from England, UK. I picked this clinic because my friend called Karen told me about the place. After some research, I saw a lot of good reviews from other people who have been here, and that’s when I decided I would pick this clinic. Before I went to a place in South Antalya for my top row of teeth, they were good but I wanted something different for my bottom row. When I arrived, I was shocked at how many staff were here with lots of different language knowledge, for example, English, Russian, Polish and loads more, very different from the last place I went to. All the staff were very friendly. I was very nervous when I arrived because I am terrified of needles, but I was reassured by the staff. I was really happy here and felt positive. On the first and second day I was nervous about the bottom row of teeth, but they reassured me that it would be repaired and not to worry. When they finished the bottom row yesterday, they look so much different than before. Before I didn’t feel very confident with my teeth but now, I feel much more confident, clean, fresh and perfect. Just a little bit about all of the staff here at Perla, they were all amazing, so friendly, they looked after me so well. Everything was included, hotel, transfers back and forth. Thank you so much, everyone, I would highly recommend anyone from the UK or anywhere else to come to this dentist. I'm really proud of my English translator from Afghanistan who work for Perla she was very patient with me being Deaf.. writing on paper when I was unable to understand. The Medifema clinic is the only clinic that responded. I went on 20 August to look at the possibilities and on 22 August they did the breast implant, a facial correction and on the 29th the are looking at my varicose veins. So, one clinic is taking care of all my requests.

The clinic might seem a bit pricy, but the quality of their zirconium crowns is exceptional. They fit perfectly and look incredibly natural. Definitely worth the investment.

I needed to have four lower teeth replaced after an estimate for 6,500 here in the US a friend recommended Liberty Dental in They did the same job for 2,000 and did it well. Very friendly people and very professional I do recommend them highly.

After reaching out to several dental clinics in Antalya, I decided to set an appointment with ASV Medical because the response to my inquiry was prompt and professional. I was given the option of an escort/transport to and from the ASV office. The customer service was excellent and the entire ASV team welcomed me with open arms - I felt like part of a family, not a patient. I arrived to a world-class facility filled with all the latest dental equipment and technology. The doctor asked about my expectations and answered all my questions describing the process in detail. Only after feeling comfortable did the procedure begin. I would recommend ASV Medical to anyone insisting on tier 1 professional dental services in Antalya.

I needed 7 crowns, 2 for cosmetic reasons and the other 5 to replace very old fillings. The price is definitely more competitive than that in the USA even with dental insurance. The speed of delivery of service and the quality of the work is superb. I had visited another clinic upon a friend recommendation, but this time I did my research and found that Urzola clinic is one of the best 5 in Costa Rica. And it stands up to its reputation. From the time I sent an email inquiring about the clinic I was followed with curtesy and all my questions were answered. I even received a personal call from Dr. Urzola to discuss my plan of care ahead of time, and he was on vacation with his family!! The equipment is state of the art even though in a modest building. But that didn’t bother me. I concentrate on technique and professionalism. The rest is just gravy.

I can’t overstate how much both the experience and the end results with Gabriel & Clear Choice Dental with the doctors and staff of Pinares Dental Solutions exceeded my expectations. The way that the two work together from the moment I arrived until Gabriel took us back to the airport is a marvel of service and ease. I came to get affordable dental care, but I had no idea just how much more was included. Gabriel and the clinic staff are consummate professionals. I have worked and traveled in many parts of Latin America, and I would agree with her assessment. Costa Rica is a special place and Gabriel makes it more so! I also really want to honor Drs. Saenz and Gutierrez. They practice care to the highest technical and safety standards and their results are self-evident, but beyond that their doctor-patient manner was what impressed me. Needing as much extensive invasive work as she did, Jodi faced real physical and emotional challenges. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly kind, patient, flexible, and supportive. Seeing my wife able to truly relax and smile without a care for the first time in years is happiness beyond words. Gabriel put us all together and made this all happen. It’s almost as an afterthought that I think of what it cost. But I want to highlight that both trips with a caregiver along (my son once and myself once) plus a few tourist attractions and day trips PLUS the cost of treatment still added up to well under half of what we were told the dental work alone would have cost in our country, even with what passes for ‘good’ dental insurance here. We are beyond satisfied with the entire experience!

I came to Costa Rica at the end of February 2023 to work with Dr. Gadea and I had a wonderful experience. I was referred to him by a number of his patients who had successful experiences with him, and they live in North Carolina. The doctor and I emailed back-and-forth since the fall. He never hesitated to get back to me as soon as possible when I had questions. As a woman on my own, traveling to Costa Rica for dental work, I felt safe and secure, I felt supported and listened to by Dr. Gadea and his lovely staff. Everyone was kind and considerate. Everyone speaks wonderful English as well. His office has state of the art equipment to help further diagnose. My treatment plan consisted of six veneers, a root canal and a crown, a deep cleaning over my six veneers as well as teeth whitening. Dr. Gadea is an artist. He did an amazing job on my six front teeth. He did a fabulous job on my teeth in general. Even the anesthesia the doctor used seemed cleaner than the products they use at my general dentist in North Carolina. I am so grateful for him and his wonderful staff. I am so relieved that I am in network with Dr. Gadea. I will be going back every year that I can because I trust him with his superior artistic skills and his exemplary technical skills.

As a result of the consultation I had at Cosmedica Dental, learned that I needed to have my tartar cleaned and that if I didn't have it cleaned, there could be recession in my gums. Afterwards, I went to the clinic and had tartar cleaning. The fact that they made the correct diagnosis and applied the necessary treatment showed how competent they were.

I had a rhinoplasty a few days ago. I was very scared, but I was pleasantly surprised because everything went spectacularly well. I wanted to give a special thanks to Alondra, my assistant and the one who organized absolutely everything for me. I went to their clinic in early February. They did a great job an no editing around like most dental clinics. I ended getting a dry sicket which messed my schedule up but they went out of their way to get me back and going. The work was excellent and I highly recommend them.
