Overall, it went well. My teeth are still healing, but I would imagine that it might take some time before I'm back to 100%. The procedure was quick and painless. The representative was very attentive and took care of scheduling and transportation in a very professional way. Overall, your staff were very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Here are a few suggestions you should consider to improve if you want to be a 5 star provider: 1. Please ask for any preexisting conditions that may make the operation risky before getting the patients to come for the operation. Asking these questions when the patient has traveled thousands of miles is very late. 2. Give the patients typed instructions about post op medication and care. Giving oral instructions is not good. 3. Please give detailed invoices with what procedure was done and on which teeth because some patients need to claim them for insurance. Simply writing "implant" is not enough. 4. For dental implants, follow up with dental post op emails, not hair transplant emails. 5. Please select nicer hotels. The hotel I was put in was at best a 2 star hotel, not a 5 star. The rooms reeked of cigarette smell. I would have gladly paid extra to be in a better hotel if that option was available. I hope you'll take my feedback as constructive suggestions and not criticism.

We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

I had Facial feminisation surgery in May 2021 and Professor Stajcic is nothing short of magical with the results he has given me. My natural femininity has been allowed to shine through to its full potential and he listened carefully to my requests and made suggestions of his own to ensure I got the best results possible. I have next to no visible scarring and am ecstatic with my result.

I did dental implantations for multiple teeth in the lower and upper jaws it was a very successful Zimmer implant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a cyst on my lateral incisor. Doctor Dimitrov made endodontic treatment of the root canal and then remove the cyst. Doctor Dimitrov was very nice and make me smile all the time. And last but not least there was no pain at all. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.

last month I took my braces off after almost 3 years with Dr Saad Al Kharsa, and I LOVE the way my teeth turned out. Dr Saad, the nurses, the girls at the front desk, Everyone at the clinic is amazing and very professional and I honestly think you won't find a better orthodontist here in Riyadh better than Dr Saad, he is simply amazing he changed the way my teeth looked drastically and I'm so thankful for him. I was planning 2 weeks holiday to Rio, so I read many reviews of local dentists and tried to get as much information as I could about the procedures I was dreaming about: that perfect smile, without looking fake. That's how I found Dr. Rowan Vilar. Highly recommended by a previous Danish patient. I decided to write to Dr. Rowan. The first thing that I liked about him it was the quick reply to my inquiring. He provided lots of information and the same week we scheduled our first Zoom consultation. I noticed that he was not in a hurry. With time and care, he provided again more in-depth information with PDFs and links. A scanning was made in Denmark to give him a better idea of my teeth situation. Then, we had a second Zoom consultation. This time, I received a lecture of what was going on in my mouth and what we could do about to fix it, if I decided to proceed with treatment in his office. I felt secure that I would be in good hands. And now, my smile tells me I was/am. In Rio, great office located in Ipanema beach, just a few meters from the metro. The front desk staff, assistants and other doctors made me feel right at home immediately. Everything was on time. In two weeks, I treated 2 canals, changed several old silver fillings for resin and put veneers on the upper teeth. Yes, I still had time to enjoy my vacation in Rio. I'll be back to get my lower teeth done next vacation. Oh yes! It's much cheaper than in Denmark.
