It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. Smooth process, from booking to the transfers and accommodation that was sorted for me. The procedure (elipse balloon) was painless, I was only in the clinic one hour. Managed to lose 11lbs in one week, so I'd recommend.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had my BBL and 360 liposuction surgery with Dr Houtan in the beginning of May. I had enquired about the surgery and had a video call with Dr Houtan last year to answer some of my questions as this was my first ever surgery. Even before I embarked on my journey to Antalya, I must commend the surgery coordinator Deniz Ozturk who was constantly in contact with me and ensured that my experience was top-notch. I landed in Antalya and was collected by a very comfortable transportation that brought me to get my tests done prior to the surgery. The driver was always on time and always helpful. This clinic is extremely clean and the staff are super friendly and willing to help, they also make sure they have the patients best interest at heart. There was another surgery coordinator who worked with Deniz, I forgot her name but she was also phenomenal. I was discharged on post-op day 3 and moved to a very nice hotel where I continued to recover, I also used the massage facilities at the hotel to aid with my recovery. Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic and its amazing staff to anyone considering getting their body enhanced. Dr Houltan was amazing and made me feel extremely comfortable. I went to have my gall bladder removed on the 11th of May 2023 From being picked up at the airport in Wroclaw to the minute I went home I was treated brilliantly the staff and doctors were brilliant the coordinators were excellent The clinic was spotlessly clean the nurses were great and very kind to me and my wife who came with me. I had first-class treatment from the first-class staff, I would definitely recommend it if you need treatment for anything. The cost was a fraction of the cost to have it done in the UK and that was including our airfare and hotel! I chose the clinic by looking at reviews and also because I have been to Poland a few times and know Wroclaw well

I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately.
