Me and my husband received treatment in this clinic- Septoplasty and Lower body surgery. Very happy with the result. All transfers and surgery bookings were organised perfectly due to changes in our plans at the last moment. Highly recommend it.

Everything was very good I had breast aesthetic surgery at Aktif International Hospitals last month. My transfer and my hotel or all services were perfect. I would like to thank my doctor Halil and assistants Selina and Kübra. It was incredible! They were always with me :) See you againn. isabella loves you ! :)

Grateful Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were their family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. They made my breasts beautiful and now my self-esteem has increased. I was blessed with the entire DR.CINIK team. Now my dream has come true. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I recommend it to everyone who dreams of perfect results like mine.

After receiving the deposit, they sent me a document, it was very professional. Honestly, they've earned my trust! They met me at airport, took me to my hotel. Everything went great!

I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

Overall, I had a good experience with Surgero Clinic İstanbul. I received clear instructions and next steps leading up to my surgery date and what my responsibilities were after surgery. I received a lot of communication either through email, by phone, and even by text. The staff in the clinic were courteous. Erdem was nice and up front with me about expectations. I was not misled by any means and was provided with all the information needed to make an informed decision! I'm almost 4 weeks post op and happy with my after. Dr. E. did his part and I know that it is my responsibility to maintain and do my part to continue to see great results!

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

The amazing doctor who I found after a long research. I went for breathing problem and aesthetics. They were very involved with their team. I am very happy with the work that he has done. Post op day 5 and I breath very easily. He is very successful in his field, smiling, confident and reassuring. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!
