Northeast Pilates

In Drogheda we are the only dedicated Pilates Studio. We cater for all levels of fitness and strengths and Noel and myself (Susan) always do our very best to make classes relaxed and informative. Making sure that all clients/students receive attention and correct information regarding body positioning and technique.

Pilates is a series of exercises that help with physical strength and work on flexibility and help with co-ordination. It can improve your posture through working core muscles through the back and abdominals.
